I rented a storage unit for a couple days using the first month promotion. I booked online and checked in in-person, and the service was friendly and efficient. I was also able to purchase a lock at the office, very convenient! Bonus for the lovely cat, Puma. Thank you!

Amazing service from the girls at this public storage spot in New West. The one lovely girl with a pony tail didn’t get her name. She couldn’t have been nicer. I was downsizing lockers & it was hot and hard work. She made it easier with her smile and professional way. I loved Puma as well.
Please consider getting 2 cats on each side so they are not lonely. Thanks again.

We have been a client of Public Storage for a number of years now and have always had a positive experience! The staff who work here are always so friendly, helpful and willing to answer any of our questions. We have moved to different lockers twice in our time with the company and each time they have made the process as smooth as possible. We also appreciate that they are very quick to respond to our emails and needs.
The building itself is clean and well maintained and the security of your items is taken seriously. Staff even contacted us to let us know the unit wasn’t secured properly within a matter of hours after we had been there.

I’ve been at this location since 2021 and it is an incredible storage place!

First off, the staff. They are excellent with sorting any of my storage needs; very friendly, helpful and supportive with everything! And so hard working with managing all the customers and units.

The lot is very clean and safe. I never had any issues in my unit and feel very comfortable storing my valuables here. It’s not a heated storage but it works for my use, and the rates are lower as a result.

The neighbourhood is also nice, very calm and not a lot of outside activity. Plenty of parking and street space for when I need to bring in a 1-ton or bigger to load in my work gear

But most of all, the reason why you want to do business here is cause of the manager, Isabelle. Her friendliness, warmth, and smile just makes me so happy to be her customer! She’s the first person I met here and honestly she convinced me quite easily to join in, I couldn’t say no! It’s cause of her why I keep bringing back my business!

Plus they have good rates! Best in the area IMO!

The process was easy and simple, does take a bit of time. Customer service was excellent. Took the time to show me a few options. Everything was clean, moving supply options in the store were very reasonably priced, including the lock I purchased. They go over the contract in detail so you are well aware of what you are signing. Took a 3 month, 50% off option that is perfect for my short term need.

If you are lucky enough to get Ken who works Thursday and Saturday then you've hit the jackpot!!! He is beyond nice, very informative, won't give u garbage for information and his years of experience shows. I've used Public Storage in the past and I come back for the good service and convenient locations. Isabelle, the friendly and experienced manager, made signing up a breeze and made sure I knew how everything worked and that my key and access code were working. She explained every detail of the policies and charges so there would be no surprises when the promotional price ended - I appreciate having all the numbers up front so I can plan my move!
