I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Lucas and Amar. I stayed there for about three months, and during that time they were always very helpful, professional, and friendly.
Both Lucas and Amar truly care about their customers. They were always ready to assist, answer questions, and make sure everything went smoothly. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience stress-free and comfortable.
I really appreciate their support and would highly recommend this location because of them.

Lucas and other staff was super helpful with my questions and cleared things up. The storage space is pretty good for what it costs. I just wish they'd fix the buzzer display at the entrance, it's impossible to see.

We had just sold our house and were looking to find a storage space, Neha from PS was extremely patient and professional while explaining the options available to us especially since we had not rented a storage space before. We later interacted with Lucas who was efficient and patient while we went through the process of signing the rental agreement. While he was assisting us he received several phone calls and walk in customers. However, he never lost track of his task and was always polite and patient while acknowledging the other clients and requesting them to wait. I also noticed the other staff April who was patient and polite while answering all questions asked by her clients. The office is clean and tidy too. Thank you for a job well done.

Everyone at the Scott Road location has been great to deal with. The first time I came in, Sid was really helpful. He explained everything and gave me a tour. When I came back to sign the paperwork, Lucas explained everything thoroughly as we went through the details.

I was really lucky to have been helped by Neha and Lucas. Not only were they transparent with everything, but they answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what I was getting into. They were also extremely friendly and easy going. If you're going to get PS, I'd get a unit here with them.

We had to get storage for my dad's apartment as he passed away unexpectedly and we had limited time to get his stuff out. Public storage staff on Scottroad Lucas and Neha were very accommodating and helpful as we needed to postpone our reservation by a day and changed the size of storage space needed. They also were very informative and made sure we knew pricing so that we could make the best decision for ourselves when it came to price and knowing all that was expected of us when renting the space. They were both kind and helped us.

Was a decent experience indeed. I needed storage and got rental on the day I needed for the size I wanted. I rented it monthly with no real set day of moving out. Once I was done using I came in and let them know I moved out and that was that. Painless and easy

Great service. Knowledgable. Unbeknownst to me, they offered their deal off of the 1st month. Good sign of great customer service. The one time I visited though was on a Stat holiday and the gate would not open even though it 'granted me access'. No one to call. Good thing someone was inside at their locker to let me in. I would say you need to have a backup plan in case something like that happens because that's an important day for many if they're moving.
