I had the pleasure to deal with 3 different people every interaction was excellent informative and helpful The Manager obviously values her people and they support each other.I was shocked when 2 separate times they helped take boxes out to my vehicle. Wow
I will tell everyone I. Know about my experience. Thank you to all the staff.

We used the Uhaul U-box services to move our belongings from Winnipeg to Victoria. Sonja and her fellow coworkers were fantastic at this Sidney location. I was impressed with their urgency to get our pods delivered and picked up. It made the process very smooth. A fun upbeat crew (:

We rented a 15’ truck for our recent move. Everything from initial booking to drop off was seamless and the staff were such a joy to deal with.
We’ve rented from the Topaz location previously with nothing but issues, needless to say we’ll forever be using Sidney U-Haul as our go to.
Thank you so much for the pleasant experience!

Sonja in Sidney was amazing to deal with. We had such a great experience I am having her help us arrange the Ubox move for my parents. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Happy to use again and refer to anyone I know.

I was somewhat satisfied with the Storage at U-Haul. I have been storing with them for 10 years plus. Under the circumstances I will never recommend U-Haul to store things that may be damaged. Attached are the photos of the damages caused by another customer with a boat on a trailer. Both my vehicles were damaged due to being backed into buy a boat trailer. The customer responsible never notified U-Haul of the damage they caused. Upon approaching U-Haul for the customers information in order for me to file a police report, I was denied information. They failed also to provide me with the video footage. This leaves me a reason to believe the damage was caused by the staff there. In other words why else would you not supply the information. Both my vehicles were in rough condition. Although the body panels were straight and undented. Now they have damage. My 1974 Volkswagen bug was in complete restoration condition. The front fender the door and the rear fender all suffered damage. Also a fiberglass fender flare on the front driver's wheel was damaged on my motorhome. The motorhome was not my concern. The most concerned I had was the Volkswagen Bug.
I'm so disappointed that I was not able to receive the proper information of the person who rented the stall beside mine. The damage was initially brought to my attention by a friend who noticed what had happened.
I chose to store my vehicles in a secure compound with video cameras in order for my property to be safe. When establishments like U-Haul are this big North America wide choose to not provide information regarding the damage to my property I would never recommend storing any property there. They were very uncooperative. Even after speaking to the manager at that location they still refused to provide me with the customers information.
Such a sad scenario. I inherited the Volkswagen bug from my deceased mother. The vehicle is still in my mother's name. I was not able to purchase storage insurance. Aside from me getting the situation looked after through my insurance it should have been looked after through the customer that caused the damage.
Pretty much all I have to say and would not want anybody else to have to go through a situation like this.
