Jacqui was very professional, kind and patient with helping me to decide on what was the best rental space for what I needed. The prices an specials were icing on the cake and I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for rental storage space!!

Sweet talking booking call centre, tell you misconstrued lies. They conduct themselves by taking your credit card information over the phone. They tell you what you want to hear and when you get there, it’s not what you signed up for.
Be aware, they will not refund you your money if you give them your credit card information over the phone.
My best advice don’t deal with the booking center go directly to their location.

Isnt it wild when someone can screw up managing such a low effort business?
The concrete floor inside is smooth to tje point you will slip if its slightly wet. They are also completely incapable to answering the phone, you need to call over a dozen times until they are annoyed enough to do their job. Their online service also doesn't work, requires an email but doesn't recognize yours when you try to access it.

When I needed to rent storage space again, I did not hesitate to return to Access Storage. First, the site and units are maintained well - clean and well-organised. The central location is perfect, with easy access to the site and a variety of unit sizes to meet anyone's needs. What makes Access Industrial Road really stand out from other storage rental is Carlos, the site manager: his friendly demeanour, knowledge, helpfulness are top-notch. He treats you as a valued customer, and you almost forget that Access is part of a larger chain! I will absolutely return here again, and I give Carlos and Industrial Road Access the highest recommendation to anyone looking for storage.

I had a great experience with Cynthia at Public Storage. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in, they made the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain all the options clearly and helped us find the best unit for our needs. On top of that, they offered us a great promotion that really helped with our budget. Excellent customer service — I highly recommend Cynthia if you're looking for storage!

I had to make my rental arrangement last minute, and within an hour I was signing my agreement and paying. The call center was fantastic with the reservation set-up and size choice. Carlos (Cambridge manager) was always a pleasure to speak with and made sure he answered any and every question. Access Storage was great in communicating during some area construction work as well. Having access to my unit at anytime of day was extremely helpful. If I need storage again, I'll use Access!

Excellent customer service! Carlos Escobar the store manager was so helpful and cheerful and very professional. He explained all facts in detail which made my experience with Access Storage a very positive experience. I would highly recommend using Access Storage facilities and will do so again in the future should I need more storage.

As a result of not having adequate storeage space in my condo I was frantically last minute looking for some more temporary storeage. Carlos at the Industrisl Rd location in Cambridge could not have been more helpful.He provided me with a lovely unit the same day, was so kind and helpful and even walked me to my car as it was a terrible snowstorm ! Extremely professional, calming and so kind . Would highly highly recommend . He turned a very stressful situation completely around for me and their rates are fabulous!

I've been with the Cambridge site on & off,mostly on... 😂 For 20 years? Or more? Never an issue, why?? Because Carlos is the best! If Carlos ever left or retired? Arranging to rent a unit was so easy to do. The young lady stayed with me through the whole process. When I went to they site, Carlos stayed to make sure I was able to access the gate and that I could find the unit.
