My husband had a storage unit here for almost a year, possibly longer. During that time, we upgraded from a 10x10 to a 10x20 and paid a significant amount of money over the months we used their services.

At first, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, but once we became established customers, the experience changed. The pricing we were quoted did not match the pricing shown on their website, and different staff members gave us different prices. Every time we called, we were told different rules and policies depending on who answered the phone, which was extremely frustrating and confusing.

Unfortunately, some staff members were also quite rude and lacked basic customer service skills — particularly one of the newer employees.

My family has worked for Public Storage locations in the past, and we understand how the business operates. We also understand that quotas and bonuses exist, but customer service should always come first. We never went back and forth with customers on pricing or policies, and we certainly never treated them disrespectfully.

It’s disappointing to see the level of inconsistency and lack of professionalism. We expected better given we worked here.

From the initial over the phone contact, I was helped and was provided with the best options.
On site Kevin came in with a strong costumer service game, offered me best solutions for my needs, showed me unit (even tho they were getting hit hard with other visitors), gave me some company history, and got me all set up for my rental.
Charlie was also involved, in answering and sharing knowledge.
Thank you both for the top dawg level service.

A snow removal co. broke the door of my unit. No one called to tell me I couldn't get in the unit because of the broken door. I loaded my truck, went to the unit and that's when I found I couldn't use the unit. After much discussion they gave ? me a unit for $1.00 HOWEVER! I had to pay administration costs, insurance costs, so The $1.00 unit that I didn't want But had to have because I was in the middle of moving cost me over $50.00! I don't think there should be any charge because I'm not the one that damaged the door. I have a fractured back and was unable to switch things from one unit to the other, so for April, May and June I paid for two units. They didn't charge me for one month for one unit. This has been a a significant financial hardship and a tremendous aggravation.

Got a great deal on a storage locker half price for 3 months which is what we need to do a renovation to our house. Nicole was very helpful and showed us the different size locker since we weren’t sure what size we would need.

I found the storage unit adaptable to my requirements. The space served it's purpose for the 4 years that I had it especially being close to home.
Unfortunately, you have to bring your own snow shovel if you require access in an outside unit and the rental cost keeps getting raised. You'll have to do your research to locate better pricing.

I needed some extra storage space and went to public Storage. They gave me a list of sizes available for my needs I picked the size of storage area I needed and they showed me the storage area I was interested in. After a short conversation and monthly payment I chose the storage space I needed. Thank you staff for finding me the storage space I needed.They have security cameras in place there is also security personnel there that check the location drive around the area make sure everything is secure very happy to see that

Everything went smooth in terms of renting a storage unit. Staff were helpful. The only problem was the amount of snow piled up front of my unit and roadways that I had to shovel.

The 2 ladies in there were amazing verry verry helpful… I almost went to U-Haul and they explained the huge price difference and affordability of public storage !! Definitely will be sharing my experience with friends!! And the ladies there should definitely get a raise!! Or a bigggg bonus!!!

I would not recommend storing anything here, especially not things of sentimental or financial value. My husband’s storage unit was stolen from and all of his high value machinery is now gone. We will never use Public Storage again. BEWARE!
