Wishing I could leave 0 stars, my Mother trusted that this was a secured facility, and the amount per month paid should've definitely made it a secured unit, but someone has broke the top bar separating from one unit to hers and went inside and stole a bunch of items, some of which are from my deceased Father. And when brought to their attention the one staff member didn't even ask about if she would like them to call authorities, making it her problem. Awful that she couldn't trust this storage facility to be actually secured. Don't trust that your unit won't be broken into from the top.

I had a disappointing experience with Access Storage. The location was closed at 4:00 pm on Saturday, even though the expected closing time is 5:00 pm. I arrived assuming I still had time, but found the facility already closed.

This caused inconvenience and disrupted my plans. Weekend hours should be accurate and clearly communicated, especially for customers who rely on after-work or weekend access. I hope management improves consistency and communication going forward.

I had a little bit of items left inside my storage and they told me not to worry about it. I'm just physically disabled and they took notice of that. It's a great place to rent. Good prices. Well staff, great manager. Thank you for helping as much as you have done for the family

The Sudbury facility is first rate. I was signed up at the front desk by Stephanie. She explained everything and gave me a tour of the facility. Stephanie is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She is a credit to your company.

I had a great experience with Access Storage. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to be helpful. They were very prompt with everything and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had quite a few questions, and they patiently answered each one without hesitation. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage with excellent customer service.

Their facilities have mice and cockroaches, and they don't notify current and new renters. Staff has poor communication - regional manager James has been screening my calls and voicemails for 8+ weeks now. I've asked for a refund for a couple months rent because I wasn't able to use my unit as needed because of the cockroaches and mice. They said it would be brought up to senior management in January. I keep emailing and calling, and no one is getting back to me. I have cancelled my rental agreement. My furniture has been damaged, and I incurred costs while trying to mitigate the possibility of bringing cockroaches in my home. I filled out a Schedule of Loss on their request about a week ago - still haven't heard back. If you rent here - check on your stuff because it's being ruined. If you're contemplating renting - don't. I've emailed their "wecare" email address, which was posted below another review I made, and they don't email you back either.

Bad experience so far. Went in Thursday to pay in cash. No cash? Why? Was emailed an invoice to do e transfer. Sent e transfer. Got a call from the office, payment declined, wrong amount. Supposed to be almost 20 dollars more! I replied nope, I have an invoice from your office with the amount in my e transfer. Office called back saying there was a glitch. This is not good business practice. Going to speak to the manager Monday. Hopefully get better results.

Spoke with regional manager today. He accepted the amount in the invoice and all is well. THANK YOU

They were there when I needed them, the storage are clean and in excellent conditions definitely will recommend them and will use again when needed , I used their storage for a few months. It is very easy to set up storage and friendly staff. Also, many times, they have 1 month promotion to try the storage. It is open 24 hours so that we can access our stuff at any time. Nice and clean space. Just need a lock, and we are good to go.
Little far from Sudbury downtown, but it's worth it.

I had mine and my kids entire life and home stored here. It got completely infested with mice and they destroyed everything!
Beds, couches, chairs, any wood had urine soaked in it. I mean everything was covered in urine and feces.
Access said they would dry clean my clothing and anything that could be dry cleaned.

Brought it all to the dry cleaners and when access got the bill, they told me the only way they’d pay is if I signed a document. It was coercion at its finest and when I refused to sign they told me they wouldn’t pay and now all my clothes, my kids clothes, bedding, towels everything is being held from me.

They are ignoring all my emails and phone calls.

I’m not the only one dealing with mice in there.

They weren’t surprised and had all the remedies since “ they’ve dealt with it before”

Insurance doesn’t cover mice and now you HAVE to have their insurance. It’s automatic on your bill.

I paid$330 a month to have my stuff kept in a clean, safe indoor space as they advertise and now I’m left to start over with nothing.

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!

UPDATE- Asked me to reach out so they can resolve and haven’t heard anything!

I love this place for the professionalism and friendliness of the staff AND the clean, climate controlled storage units! We can't thank enough for all the services that Access Storage has provided my husband and I. Sadly, due to financial difficulties, we had no other choice to move our belongings out of the rented unit. I do highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great storage unit to called Access Storage. Rest assure, your possessions in good care.
