This may not be the review you're expecting to read. That is because I set up a storage locker and then 2 days later, my circumstances suddenly changed and I had to cancel it. The agency refunded my deposit and made both acquiring and cancelling my booking easy and painless during a stressful, difficult time. If I ever do need storage services in the future, I will call them first!

Kim and Rich greeted me with a friendly smile when I entered the office on a gloomy day. They certainly brighten my day. Very clean location and well maintained. I was in and out in no time with a storage location for my RV. It was a pleasure dealing with friendly and kind people.

The lady at access storage in Bridgewater was so nice and so helpful. She made everything very easy and was so friendly. When it was time to end our storage unit the process was so much easier than expected, the day after we emptied it out I called to advise them our storage unit was empty and she said she saw ours was emptied and had already discharged it for us

Petra was great to do business with. Excellent communication and reliable. I stored my sports car for the winter months and took advantage of their 3 month discount. I’ll be back in the fall. Highly recommend this business. Thanks Petra!

Love the ease of booking and access to the storage facility here on Logan Road in Bridgewater, NS - AND it's a Canadian company! Petra the manager is so wonderful to work with and communication is simple for when we had changes or needed to book a second unit. Highly recommend these folks - for clients, family and friends.

My very first phone call to the Bridgewater office speaking with Petra has turned into a real friendship. She takes her job seriously making sure to dot all the “i’s” and cross all the “t’s” at the same time making you feel like you’re working with a friend. Petra leaves me with a feeling of confidence that my storage locker is safe. Thank you so much! I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Petra was very personable and extremely pleasant to talk to. Information was provided clearly. The access to the front entrance of the facility was a bit sketchy at times due to construction. Would recommend and use again if needed.
