Gini was the person who helped us when we arrived to pick up our vehicle in London. She had the friendliest demeanor and was extremely accommodating. She conducted herself very professionally and went out of her way to explain everything we needed to know calmly and patiently. I would pick up from that location again and again if it meant dealing with Gini. Also, the vehicle was in pristine condition.

Picked up a 10ft truck from this location a few days ago and the worker that assisted my wife and I was great I believe his name is Karan, when we walked in he greeted us politely and asked if we had a reservation, my wife told him yes and gave him the res number, he started the depatching process. He offerd us the storage promotion of pay 1 for 3 or the 1yr price lock. We got our paperwork and we were sent on our way, the mileage was a little off but Karan came out and assisted us. The truck was clean and drove very well. Thank you Karan for your great customer service.

This U-Haul Location and team is easily the most helpful and hassle free and quick I've ever dealt with. Huge huge shout out to Gini 🙂 Her level of customer service made this experience such a good one. It has been quite some time since I rented there but I kept meaning to make sure to take some time to give her a big well deserved kudos! I rented an enclosed trailer back in December 2025 and Gini was out there with me in a blizzard in the cold wind digging out the trailer and hooking it up with me! I still haven't forgot how great that was of her and her positive attitude was so cheerful out there in the blizzard! Gini is one of the nicest people, if not, the nicest person I've ever met! I truly wish I got to spend more time around someone like her everyday! I said to her that I would be ok so that she could head inside where it was warm and dry and she sincerely insisted to stay out there to help until I was on my way! Even stayed out there to check the lights before I hit the road. Gini you are such a pleasure to have met and a big thank you for being such a kind person! The U-Haul team there is great and they are very lucky to have her there and I have no doubt that everyone she helps there has the same feeling. Thank you U-Haul Team and Gini 🙂 Looking forward to any reason to have to come back!

I had a very positive experience with this U-Haul location and want to thank the team for their excellent customer service during my move from St. Catharines to London in late December.

Originally, I booked a furniture trolley at a U-Haul store in St. Catharines, but they cancelled at the last minute and told me there was no trolley available anywhere in the city. While driving to London, I called this location, and Jeannie kindly reserved the last trolley in the store for me, which really saved my move.

I also rented a storage unit from Dec 28 to Feb 28. The manager, Taiga, explained that the system required the move-out date to be Feb 27 for a two-month rental, but she generously gave me one extra day as a courtesy so I wouldn’t have to pay for a full extra month just for one day. That kind of flexibility is rare and very appreciated.

In addition, I was eligible for one month of free storage, but I was initially charged for two months. After I moved out, Jeannie followed up on the issue very closely. She even called me personally to give me updates, which showed real responsibility and care for the customer.

Overall, this store went above and beyond to help me during a stressful move. Thank you to Jeannie, Taiga, and the whole team for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this U-Haul location.
