We were SO happy with the service. We had a water seepage in our basement. When we called the company, Maria answered and was very pleasant and efficient. Then spoke with Serge about our water issue. At that point we booked our appointment with him. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and asked all the right questions, even considered areas that my husband and I never considered. He then checked all areas of the house, both inside and out. After careful thought and analysis, he figured out that the basement seepage came from our dish washer pipe. Within minutes he fixed all the piping upstairs and downstairs. He was professional, courteous ,honest, thorough and efficient. It is hard to get an honest and dependable company these days. It’s hard to find a plumber that is someone you can trust, has expert knowledge, and follows through on time. Serhiy is all of that and MORE! He doesn’t just find the problem, he investigates thoroughly and explores the best solutions to efficiently solve the issue with minimal disruption. Serhiy and his crew completed a plumbing issue by the proposed deadlines without delay. I find this to be a big challenge in this industry, but not with Draincom. Excellent customer service, fast response, and very professional work. Maria was incredibly helpful with communication and rebate guidance, and Serge did a great job with the sump pump replacement and battery backup installation.

Everything was explained clearly and completed efficiently. I would definitely recommend DrainCom.

Very positive experience with Vlad and Vassil on a big job replacing the 100+ year old cast iron stack and clay drain pipe in our Victorian house in downtown Toronto, as well as our old (lead) water supply. They arranged the permit and installed a backflow valve, dug out all the old kit and installed new piping, new drains and roughed in a bathroom in 3 days. It was fast, high quality work, and priced competitively, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards despite the (highly) messy nature of the work. Bravo!
