I rented a 10’ x 30’ storage unit at Harvest Hills Public Storage and had an excellent experience. Gerry and Harpreet provided exceptional customer service and offered me a great deal.

Since I was in the process of moving, Gerry took the time to find me one of the best-located units, which was incredibly helpful and convenient. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to customer needs really stood out.

Gerry was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I was able to get my storage unit the same day as he walked me through all the options I had for units. He was friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking to store their stuff in-between moving or traveling.

We had a great experience with the staff at Public Storage Harvest Hills. Gerry and Eleazr were especially accommodating, patient, and very informative about the available services and storage options. They took the time to help my family figure out what would work best for us, especially since we had quite a lot of belongings to store. I had a great experience at this Public Storage! Eleazar, Gerry, and Sandra were extremely helpful and made the whole registration process very smooth. Eleazar was especially caring and attentive, he even kept the gate open (it will be automatically closed after 3 mins) for me while I was unloading those PVC pipes. Really appreciated the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Rented a unit at the brand new East Point location in Calgary AB. The staff, Nadiia and Navist were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful and got us a great deal. We also met John who was equally as amazing. What a great team and an incredible facility. Clean, organized and secure. Would highly recommend this location and staff. Nadiia and Navist should both be given a bonus and a raise in salary for how amazing they are as staff.

Had a great time renting from Public Storage; staff were usually all very friendly and helpful, great at explaining everything. Loved that I felt my stuff was being treated with care and someone had an eye on it. Costs only went up once slightly, but otherwise a great experience!

Britney and Gerry were very helpful when we needed a smaller space to move our few (extra) belongings into. Britney happily showed me three different sizes of (available) lockers in both unheated and heated storage and when I went back to fill out the paperwork, Gerry very willingly showed me again the size of locker I was considering. The facility is easy to access, is clean, and well-lit. It's great having carts available at the large doors to move items from your vehicle to your locker. I'm looking forward to be able to sort thru our things in the warm building over the winter.

Not a good experience, rented a space for 6 month. Storage unit was nice, but the payment system is horrible. Had to go in every month and pay, even though I was set up from automatic payments; caused a late fee due to their system not working correctly. Was nice they had a military discount.

Amazing customer service by Sandra when we first started 5 months ago, great explanations of rules and has warned us when we left our storage so our security/safety of contents is definitely a priority. Byron and Jerry on the next time we had something to discuss about storage went above and beyond what was needed of them. I think the storage prices are pricey but again, with the safety, code system and overall security and knowledge, it’s worth it. Thanks to your team!

The gentlemen that I dealt with at the counter while checking in were amazingly humored and quite efficient. Storage units are clean with sufficient trolleys to assist in moving stuff in.

Excellent service from first phone call to reserve a unit, to helping movers decide if unit was large enough, to changing reservation to a larger unit, to explaining all the paperwork and policies. This was a difficult move for a difficult family member, and John and Crystal brought their smiles and cheer to this piece of it. I highly recommend!
