Claudia and Emma at the PetSmart Schoolhouse location were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful while I was putting together a basket of goodies for my six-month-old pup. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. I did have one less-than-ideal interaction with another staff member, but Claudia and Emma more than made up for it. Thank you for making our shopping trip such a positive one! 🐾❤️

Do you honestly believe this grooming is worth 4 hours, causing stress to my dog, and a price of $134? This is unacceptable. I had to visit your salon twice just to get this awful job corrected.

We came in today and had a wonderful experience even though it was very busy, Mariah helped us pick up our online order. She was very nice and helped us pick out some new treats for our dog. We have had some not great experiences at this location but she was awesome!

I like this place a lot. It's massive and you can find pretty much anything you need. The staff is helpful and always around. I don't know how well the fish were taken care of as I see that some aquariums had lots of moss and I would have expect to see crisp clear glass but maybe I'm too picky. In either way, this is your go to pet store! Knowledge staff and plenty of things to purchase from.
PS: Ladybug is not from there but just cute that it was welcoming me :)

I visited this PetSmart location today to pick up some food for my cat. I was really impressed with the wide variety of brands and options they had in stock. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed quickly. The staff was also helpful and the overall atmosphere was great. This location has the best and most knowledgeable employees! My husband and I had a fish emergency and Nikki had the most amazing knowledge and friendly rapport even stopping as she was on her way home to ensure we got the help we needed! Thank you to the Australian lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) for also helping us access our rewards and checking if there were any coupons it is so rare to find someone who wants to help us save money! Thank you ladies for going above and beyond and helping us save our fish!

Popped in for a quick lunch-time trip with my kids to grab some supplies. The staff was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what we needed, and the checkout process was nice and fast. It’s always a treat for the kids to tag along and see all the animals. Great service and well-stocked shelves!

Good variety of products for most common pet animals, and overall I had a positive experience. The staff were very nice and polite, and the store carries a wide selection of supplies.
That said, the fish and aquatic plants did not appear to be very well maintained, and while the staff were friendly, they did not seem very fluent in the aquatic products or confident in providing specific recommendations.
I would still recommend this store for general pet needs, but for dedicated fish keepers or more advanced aquarium care, there are better specialty stores available.

Brought our 2 yr old small dog in to get a haircut and they called us to come pick him up not even 10 minutes after dropping him off saying he was not sitting still. Barley gave him 10 mins to calm down and the girls there looked inexperienced and didn’t seem like they knew how to handle dogs. Waste of our time.

The staff always treat me nice and are willing to help me with my pet needs! I never get eny deals here money wise. ..You pay alot for everything unless you buy it after , like Christmas stuff after Christmas....parking is good , further down the lot is all the meat heads sitting in tesla cars charging, the worst fatburger ever , poorly lit dollar store... ikea is across the swamp . Enjoy

Came to buy more cat food and supplies but couldn't resist the adoption centre. Long story short the very nice volunteers from the Cat Therapy and Rescue Society were like, "wanna hold the kitten?" And of course I said, ".. !! Yes!" Anyways, here's pictures of our new furbaby. She is so well socialized, and we are so happy to have her join our family. :)

I recently visited PetSmart and had the best experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Even when my dog had an accident in the store, no one made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, which I really appreciated. I also used the grooming service, and my dog seemed to really enjoy it — thank you so much!

Great supplies of pet food, toys, cages. Has grooming services. Got plenty of dishes and tanks. Cats and dogs are available for adoption and tagging. They got parrots and finches and pet rodents. If you got kids and no zoos nearby, this place could do for an hour or two. Plenty of parking. If you want cats and dogs, this place could probably manage to match you with one. Prices seem reasonable.
