I've come here before, and have always had an amazing experience. But I was there the other week with my JRT looking for a new harness, and wanted to give a special shout out to Deborah. She was super helpful, sweet, and kind. I've had a challenging time finding the right harness for my dog. To make matters even more difficult, sizing him in store is hard because I just got him and I have only started training the past half year, but he is a senior dog who is dog reactive. What I thought would be a stressful experience, was made super easy because of her. Thank you so much! Your efforts are very much appreciated. And the harness fits perfectly.

Customer service is great. And they always have fresh cat grass :) Our cats also like the Sustaibly Yours litter that they sell, which is made with corn and cassava (and it is mess free 😉)

Got this new raincoat for my dog.
I wasn’t 100% sure about the size, but the staff insured me that I can return it if it’s in the original packaging.

Community space and events is fun, they can special order things they might not stock regularly, I've been special ordering lava ledges for my rats and bought a bunch of supplies for them here. They also have a cat adoptions room. Also a vet inside but not part of the business, but it's still convenient.

Friendly, helpful staff. We were there a day after their anniversary giveaway and got a huge goodie bag of free samples for our dog and cats. Lots of nice local product as well.

This is the best Tisol store I ever been. Their cat tree selection is magnificent. And I got the best Marina glass Betta square tank that I can find nowhere else. Very unique warehouse like store with interesting outlet. Dog walking best store.

A great one-stop pet store! Good selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, and almost everything you need for your dogs and cats. Staff is always pleasant. We did puppy training classes there, too. The last Thursday of every month is a discount day for seniors. The new grooming area (now open) looks fabulous, especially for large dog breeds. Very convenient for keeping your pup looking (and smelling) good.
