I was in Petsmart a few days ago, buying comet goldfish as bait and i like to choose the fishes as the size matters.When i walked up to a worker asking for help ,the asian old looking women with possibly bangs and grey hair, she purposely splashed FISH water on my legs which smelt like the water has not been changed in MONTHS and she didnt even ask me which fishes i want or what kind, where i then had to ask to choose fish myself, which never happens as they mainly ask you beforehand which fish youre looking for or if theres any specific fish you want. That same women poured a bunch of water on the floor and did not clean it up afterwards, fish were packaged poorly, and saw many dead fishes in the bottom of the tank. I felt like i was unheard and honestly just shocked. This usually doesnt happen as most of the employees are super nice, EXCEPT the asian lady.

We have been going to this pet smart for years, for assorted aquarium keeping items and fish/live plants, as well as items for our cat. We've always found the staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful whenever we've come. They have been incredible and we haven't had any issues with their fish or plants, or when we did they were fair and honest with their business practices. We saw that they had vampire crabs, and it was game over, we were obsessed! We set up a tank specifically after being told to do about an 80-20 land to water ratio by the staff member and when we returned a couple weeks later they were out of crabs. The sales person again was so helpful letting us know when the next shipment was expected, days to call and check in. Due to our own fault, not theirs, it took us about a month to finally go back in and get our new friends. We were told they had one crab for us and we rushed in to pick it up. To our surprise and delight they found a second hiding in the enclosure and we were able to bring both of them home that day. Meet Morticia and Gomez, and thank you so much to all the employees that helped us nerd out over fish and other aquatic creatures over the years, you've all been amazing and deserve raises.

I bought my Pomchi a pajama and it’s so cute. I ordered it online from the website without trying it on, so I was a bit worried that a size small might not fit , but it turned out perfect. Now I’m definitely going back to buy more patterns.

I also bought a blanket, and it’s just as adorable and very protective. I’m extremely happy with everything I purchased.

The guy who was doing my pick up today - VERY RUDE - yellow short hair.

I bought cat litter, bring back to return and do online pick up.

They had better deal for blackfriday so I do a return and pick up the item.
Same exact cat litter, return 9 and bought 18, told the guy to put on the cart another 9 box (the cart already have 9 = 18 box) so he doesn’t have to put all 18.

Well, he start questioning “why would I bring back, it’s the same deal? Etc, i could leave the product home and do price adjustment “

I called and ask before if I can do price adjustment, was told can not.

I’m not that free to bring the whole 9 box back and forth.

Wow I have had pets all my life. Of all kinds . Especially dogs & poodles and if you know you know that poodle hair can be crazy at times. My recent experience with the grooming salon at this petsmart location has been so beyond wonderful. The young lady that would of groomed my maltipoo and my young kitten . She did such a careful and caring job of making my pets look just amazing. My dogs fur looks and feels so soft.🫶So does my kitten. Thank you so much for the great experience I have been having here.✨ Cass truly made me and my fur babies feel so great.💖 I would highly recommend her. Thank you Petsmart 🙂🙏

The cashier who I spoke to was awesome. Black hair I honestly forget her name but I was having an absolutely awful day and she made my day socially satisfying which is very rare for me. Was there to get flea treatment right before closing. It's those interactions that can just make my whole week. I'll always remember that positive interaction. 😁 Also here are my snails I bred from PetSmart mystery snails!!! 💃💃💃 Genes=💯💯🔥💛🧡
