From the moment we stepped into the store, we felt comfortable, at ease, no pressure, just well informed individuals who were eager to help and accommodate.

It took a year to find the couch we liked in Savannah, GA and it turns out it was being sold in our hometown in Los Angeles by the best sales person ever! Stephanie gave. us a tour through our options on Facetime and was friendly and thorough. Everyone should buy a couch from her. You will be happy.

I recently purchased a king-size Teddy all-natural wool mattress from The Futon Shop and had an excellent experience. It took me three calls to feel confident in my decision (I was a bit nervous to make such an important purchase and I had a lot of questions), each time I spoke with Christopher. He remembered me between calls, which made the process feel personal and seamless.

The staff at the Los Angeles Futon Shop truly treated me like family. My wife and I have visted well over 50 furniture stores in the last 2 months and no one comes close to the level of service we experienced here. The fact that they are offering made to order pieces (let alone made here in US) at their pricepoints is actually shocking. I truly don't think you will find a more wholesome and holistic furniture company in all of Southern CA. We drive over 1.5 hours to come here, it's that good.

I emailed customer support with a question, and less than 24 hours later, Chris Bechtol replied with a thoughtful answer and even suggested a better option for the setup I wanted to create. Ordering over the phone was quick and easy, and instead of taking my credit card info directly, they sent a secure link to pay online — which I really appreciated. Friendly, communicative, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I recently bought several items from The Futon Shop including bucket pillows, a mini body pillow, copper-infused pillowcases, and a mattress pad and I’m extremely satisfied with the outstanding quality of every single product.

Customer service went above and beyond. We came to the store to pick up our order and Stephanie, the sales representative, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of our organic cotton blankets was delayed at the warehouse, and when it finally arrived, Stephanie was so kind that she offered to personally deliver it to our home. That level of service is rare and so appreciated!

We love everything we purchased, and I’ll definitely be making The Futon Shop my regular go-to place for all things cozy and organic. Thank you, Stephanie, for making the experience so positive!

The staff was wonderful, from a phone call I made to the reception in store- they made the experience very pleasurable, were informative, adaptable and provided great service! I had a wonderful experience at the Futon Shop. Stephanie was able to show me all the possibilities for a futon bed. She was so knowledgeable and friendly that it made the experience quite fun. I got the perfect futon bed-- which has been wonderful for my back! I have just moved to PA and am looking for a futon sofa but cannot find anything as comfortable as the one I tried in LA at the Futon Shop; I wish they delivered to Philadelphia.
