was looking for a mini trampoline and the service guy offered to check upstairs after scouring the shelves...very friendly and was just the same with the next customer getting his skates sharpened....

don't know his name, but he had a mustache and was working around 3:15pm on Tues Feb 8/11!!

Being a woman, I'm always a little nervous when taking my car into a garage. I also went into the Canadian Tire on Heron Rd. in Ottawa looking for winter tires, first time. Even though it was very busy the automotive clerk took the time to show me several tires and explained the differences. I had already checked prices at 2 other garages and got a great deal from CT. I received great service and even learned somethings about tires! I've been back to this store twice since and have been very happy with the service.

I've always had good service from this Canadian Tire.
Except once, my car died outside the shop and they wouldn't give me a boost - not very nice. Anyways, generally good people and good services.
