I reserved a car for 11am and arrived to fine no one at the business and 9 people waiting outside to pick up or return a vehicle. One person had been waiting 40 minutes already. A sign on the door said "Back in 20 minutes". 40 minutes later they arrived.
They processed everyone quickly, but at least twice while serving the customers they talked on the telephone in another language. One of the calls clearly sounded personal. When I left I noticed that the return time for the vehicle was the original time I had booked it for, not 40 minutes later when I had actually received it. When I called in about that, they did acknowledge and correct it. When I returned the vehicle and went to pay in cash I was told they couldn't accept it unless I had the exact amount.

We have used them 3 times so far for our car rental needs, we go to Florida every year and rent a vehicle. The staff is VERY friendly and efficient, we always get a great rate and always a great vehicle, we will continue to use them for our rental needs.

Excellent, attentive customer service. Provided free pick up from train station (after normal work hours) and return to train station. Would definitely rent from them again!

My name is Jeremy Williams and I have rented from Budget in Mississauga and from St.Catharines a few times. The customer service I received from St.Catharines was one of the best. I have recommended the St.Catharines budget to all my co-workers, friends and family. Mr. Maj is a very professional and friendly manager.
