Reserved a truck a month in advance.
Called twice to confirm.
Left Toronto and arrived in Barrie morning of the move only to find there would be no truck available for me.
Had to search all over Barrie and found a normal size van from UHaul.
Lost our elevator appt. and had to make 5 trips in the van instead of 1 trip in a truck.
Counter dude was apologetic and told me to contact area rep as they would compensate me.
Area rep ignored me.
Have rented trucks twice since then and found UHaul to be great and didnt leave me standing at the side of the road.
