A long time very satisfied customer received very poor service today. It started with disallowing a coupon that was 3days past expiration, ok my bad but it still had a month left on the dealer expiry which is what I was looking at. I was not offered a coffee or paper as usual and then the hard sell began. I was offered a brake fluid flush which I declined and he continued the sell to which I declined twice more and he did not stop until he had finished the complete pitch. Then the same thing with the power steering fluid flush. I left Mr Lube because of the hard sell but I will give them one more chance before I look for another option. If it wasn't for the fact my car didn't have oil in it I would have left, to top it off no Valvoline mail-in rebate coupon upon leaving. Not impressed.

This is my 2nd visit to Great Canadian Oil Change and have been happy with their work both times. They were efficient and quick. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minuets.
I had a few questions and the fellow that worked on my car went above and beyond to answer them for me. Excellent customer service. They are more expensive than Canadian Tire but I like the fact that you don't have to make an appointment and they're fast. Canadian Tire is about half an hour from my home so I save gas . Also I find there is a lot more one on one service. You are talking directly to the mechanic that is working on your car. In the past I have waited up to 3 hours at Canadian Tire and always left with unanswered questions. Would I go back, definitely.
