Absolutely insanely shitty service. Was waiting in line to pre pay cash for gas. 1st I got cut in line and the cashier “Niki” just let it happen and helped the non aggressive man. 2nd ANOTHER guy cuts in front of me, not to purchase any sort of service, but to have a personal conversation with Niki. In total, I waited about 5 minutes before just walking myself out. Didn’t even greet me when I walked in, no “sorry maam, just one second”, didn’t even look at me until I began walking out, and she begged me to not leave. Worst gas station service I have EVER experienced and I drive ALL over Ontario. Absolute worst service ever. Get this chick a job in labour. Clearly she doesn’t have enough manners to be working service.

Girl worker was extremely disrespectful during my visit. I went in to buy a new propane tank, and instead of helping me, she handed me the keys and told me to get it myself. When I came back asking if the new tanks were blue or green, she responded, "They are all propane." I paid and grabbed one. Later, I discovered it was empty, so I returned to ask for a refund. She refused and claimed I was responsible for picking it out, even though it was her job to get it for me.
When she finally processed the refund, she asked if $50 was acceptable. I said no, I wanted the full refund amount, and she responded with passive aggression, asking, "Should I just give you $100?"
Why am I the one retrieving propane tanks from a locked compartment? It's your job to do that, and it's not part of your training to hand customers the keys. She told me, "That's how all my customers do it,". You are working for a corporate with standards and training, giving out keys isnt part of the training.
Work on your employees' competency and attitude toward customers. I shouldn’t have to pay for your mistakes—take responsibility instead of being defensive. Do your job.

They are very rude here. I moved here 3 months ago and they are constantly given me a hard time and also laughing in my face while testing my patience. Made me wait outside for 15 min in cold while they pretended to be busy at 1:00 am. I'm a 34 year old woman trying to buy advil.
