They do not accept American ID. Don’t go there, if you donot have Ontario ID or Indian ID.

This place after 10pm always close its doors employee always keeps complaining. I always buy my lottery tickets here but can never get lottery after 10pm. It sucks @olg should look into this location. If the doors is locked and employees either at the back or outside you have to wait until they’re finish everything for them to attend to you. The service especially the night team after 10pm is atrocious and never pleasant. The brown guy never knows how to say yes to anything always NO. It’s kinda a turn off but I always comes to this location because the day team is always pleasant and friendly NOT THE NIGHT TEAM.

Always a great experience at this shell gas station at keele street. The staff are super friendly, specially, a girl in the morning. She is very nice girl, always ready to help customers with smile and I think her name was Lovleen.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Shell car wash. The first time, the dryer didn’t work and my car came out completely wet. I told the employee, but he insisted it was working because it worked for the next customer. I asked for a code to go back in and dry my car, but he refused, saying the system wouldn’t allow it. I then asked to speak with the manager, and he told me he couldn’t call him. I ended up drying my car by hand.

On another visit, the car wash didn’t dispense any water at all. When I asked the employee for help, she said she couldn’t give me another code and also couldn’t contact the manager.

Very poor customer service and zero willingness to help. I now go to Crosstown Car Wash, where the service is much better.
