Five stars for Jasprit. We walked in to enquire about a plan change today as we are now month to month. Couldn't have had better service. She was knowledgeable, respectful and had straight up common sense - something you don't see in any customer service industry anymore. Promote her!

My family and I went browsing many companies in the mall yesterday evening looking for 3 phones+lines and also home internet. I’m so sorry I forgot their names, but the initial gentleman was in training and he greeted us nicely and was helping us very well… we took a long time to figure out which phones we wanted so I believe the store manager ended up helping us set up everything because he other person was helping another customer by the time we were done deciding lol. Prices were transparent… customer service was professional, kind and prompt. We took around 2 hrs of their time to put all the orders through, but they didn’t make us feel bad.

Honestly probably the best experience ever in a cellular shop ever!

She took the time to explain the device features, plan options, and answered all my questions patiently. Ishika was extremely knowledgeable about the entire on-boarding process. Ishika took the time first to articulate our HW lease vs buy options for the phone. From there she went through the plan details and associated cost of the various options as well as any available discounts. That allowed us to make a very informed decision about how to proceed. The other thing that struck me was how patient and pleasant Ishika was as we worked our way thru set up etc. it took awhile but it was fun and Ishika made it so.

Funny enough my wife and I were talking on the way home and she said “you are probably going to get a survey on our experience at Roger’s and since Ishika did such a great job, you better fill. it in.” I told her I already planned on completing the survey. Often times retail experiences are OK and at times even worse. But the effort put on by Ishika while servicing our requests was nothing short of fantastic.. I hope store leadership knows just how great of an employee Ishika really is. Well done and great job Ishika.
