One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had was with Freedom Mobile at this location. Compared to other mobile providers, whose staff are friendly and genuinely try to resolve issues, this branch was extremely disappointing.

If I ever have any issues, I will definitely not return to this location—and I’m even considering switching my mobile provider soon.

Our guy who assisted us was very patient, offered us what we can do to take advantage of the deal. I even saw how patient he was ti the group of gentlemen next to us. I am sorry I was not able to get his name hut such a nice guy!

Manav at Freedom is honestly amazing at his job. He’s super helpful, patient, and actually takes the time to explain things so you understand. He made everything quick and stress-free, and you can tell he really cares about helping customers. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had

my family plan ended last month so I went there to get a new plan. I asked to switch to the $35 plan, then the sales rep working there, Manav, straight up lied and said I couldn't get that plan unless I terminate my account, change my phone # or buy the $40 plan or above. I ended up calling customer service, and got all my family on the $35 plan within 5 minutes.
So beware and do your homework beforehand, if you visit this location and encounter the wrong person like this Manav guy, they will actively mislead and scam you unless you go in prepared.

I had an unpleasant interaction with the staff who was working around 3pm today, Feb 16, at Freedom Mobile(Central City). He needs more training on customer service and appropriate customer interaction. His tone seemed dismissive and sarcastic. He may not be fit for a position that requires customer service skills. I hope this reaches him so he is aware.
