Went to get a new phone with Koodo. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Had me in a plan but couldn't be bothered to try and help with a new phone. Very poor customer service.

The customer service was extremely poor. The staff member did not know how to speak to customers respectfully and came across as very arrogant. There was no professionalism or courtesy during my visit. If customers are treated this way, many will choose not to return. It was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management addresses this issue to improve their customer service.

Gurdeep singh provides brilliant service. We were happy to deal with him and would recommend to my friends for taking services from him regarding telus.

Great experience, came in to switch providers from Bell to Telus. Upon walking in I was greeted by Gurdeep who is exceptional at what he does. He took the time to explain in detail my new plan which was better priced than the other mobile carriers. Highly professional individual that represents the Telus brand well. Definitely would recommend to peers.
