Paid for the premium screen & repair on an iPad. They they gave it back with the screen not attached properly and it popped off. When we went back they said it’s not their problem because the wires inside were damaged. It was damaged because they didn’t attach the screen on in the first place. Do not use these guys, they take no responsibility and will scam you

I went there to get the battery in my car fob changed. The guy struggled to open the fob to access the battery, then when he finally got it open, told me they didn't carry that specific battery. He didn't charge me for that, obviously, but he still wasted like 10 minutes of my time while he searched videos online trying to figure out how to open my fob. I ended up going to the dollar store across the street to buy the right battery for $1.25, found the same video he found on my phone, and changed the battery myself.

Came in 2 months ago to get my iPhone 16pro max screen replaced. Costed me $506, took about a full day and my phone started glitching a month after without being dropped. This is the part that pissed me off, I was reading my invoice that they emailed AFTER I paid and the repair should’ve costed $480 - they voluntarily put a $26 TIP on my bill (I didn’t agree to this). I never bothered going back to complain but anyways I got my screen replaced elsewhere today, paid $180, and it was completed within better quality and a complimentary screen protector within an hour.

They were able to accommodate me to get the repair done the same day, and the best part is that they were able to do it in under 30 mins and at a really good price! I was also impressed with the thoroughness, the tech went through the settings to make sure I was aware about other issues that the phone had (battery service and broken sensor) before he started the repair which I was grateful for. I will definitely be going back in the future if needed.
