Everything tasted fresh, was well portioned, and makes eating healthy so much easier. My absolute favorite was the Korean meatballs, they were packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and definitely something I’d order again. It’s hard to find meal prep that tastes homemade, but these meals really hit the mark. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for convenient and delicious.

I’ve known Kirk for a while , and it’s fantastic to see how the business has blossomed and how much the community enjoys the food they offer. I stopped by today for lunch, grabbing a quick bite, and I also signed up with Anastasia’s for my weekly lunches. Anastasia was incredibly helpful, and I received excellent customer service. Earlier this week, I also picked up lunch to go, and Corinne was wonderful, teaching me about all the meal options. I love After Body Meals

Beast Coast is great!!! Reasonably priced, fresh, and delicious food! I have a new baby and finding the time to cook is impossible, and I'm tired of eating out and just eating fried foods. I've ordered several different meals and have yet to eat one that I wouldn't order again. The owner is super responsive and gets the meals out to you quick! I absolutely will be ordering again!!!
