Workers were friendly.
Food, not so much.
Went through the drive thru because I wanted a chicken sandwich, fries and a coke.
Just got home, sat down, ate a fry and spit it out! Someone poured so much seasoning salt on the fries that they're not edible. The fries are covered in salt.
This is what I get. I should've used this money at the grocery store and cooked today but I really wanted a break from cooking. So I treated myself. Dang. Waste of hard earned money.

We ordered cheese curds, buy one get one five piece tenders and fries.

Cheese curds were 10/10

We only got four tenders in each box (supposed to be 5) and the box of fries had nine french fries in it…. $4-5 for 9 fries?????

Uber refused my refund and told me contact the store…. so I did….

We called the manager: Cedric, and told him the issue, he told me to through uber eats.
I asked him for more food, not a refund. I just wanted lunch on my day off. I just asked for 2 tenders and some more fries….

So, PSA: it’s actually buy four get four and then get screwed on your order.

Like Migos the rapper said, “How many chickens? Trap turned Zaxby’s”

Customer lost if no one reaches out to me. You have my email. We go there or order from there at least once a week.

Had not tried this newer Zaxbys in this area, having not very good at other location in the past. Chicken fingers were pretty good, especially with Ranch sauce. Fries were a little different with their seasoning, would definitely order again. Cole slaw was good but a little more on the dry side. Price was fair for the deal you get. Would definitely try again.

I have never ate inside the Zaxby's in Eustis until now, as I am eating my food I witness an exceptional manager which his name is Sedrick Arnold helping his colleagues at the drive thru, front counter, making the food, and greeting guest as the come into the restaurant. After the busy traffic he took the time to go greet the guests in the dining room to make sure everything was good. Nobody waited for the food the whole TEAM worked great together to take care of the customers. Hats off to you sir Sedrick Arnold and your colleagues. Zaxby's should be honored to have a hard working manager like Sedrick Arnold. Sedrick was a very polite gentleman. Thank you

Updated review:
Now that we have gone back numerous times I can say with confidence this is the best Zaxbys I have been to. All of the employees have been so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lana, she was so nice to my daughter on her birthday. The food is always delicious but the employees are what really make this location stand out.

We were so excited to hear that Zaxby's was finally coming to the area and it did not disappoint. The food was just as expected and tasted great. I would recommend!
