​If you’re looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-run spot in a highly central location, the Ninety Nine Restaurant & Bar in Brattleboro is an excellent choice.

There is plenty of parking, making it incredibly easy to get in and out.
​Inside, the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, featuring a massive bar rail alongside plenty of booth and table seating.

The air conditioning was dialed in perfectly—not too hot, not too cold. An added bonus is the open-concept view into the kitchen; it is completely clean, tidy, and exactly what you’d expect from a tightly run, professional establishment.

​The Deals & Drinks
While their happy hour wraps up at 5:00 PM, the value is still tough to beat.
​Appetizers: Only $6.99 during happy hour! I grabbed one and it was absolutely delicious.

​Beer: A 12oz Budweiser Select is just $3.25, or you can upgrade to a massive large pour (around 23oz) for only $5.50. Draught. Too bad it's a Budweiser Select - rainwater probably tastes better.

​Perks: They still serve up complimentary popcorn to snack on while you wait!

​Though I only stuck to appetizers this time, I watched other plates coming out of the kitchen, and the meal portions look incredibly generous.

​The Vibe
What really ties the whole experience together is the staff. The bartenders were friendly, talkative, and carried that polite, charming vibe that so many people in Vermont are known for.

​Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink and a bite or sitting down for a full meal, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

The lobster roll and fries were fantastic! I ordered the lobster roll cold next time I will try warm. As far as the atmosphere, I have to give this a 3 star the reason, when we first arrived, we were not given the option of being seated in the quiet section we were placed in the bar side in a lower booth looking up at people in the booth that was 3 feet above us. It felt very awkward being at the height where everyone's crotch was at our eye level. I don't mind loud music when wanting that, however we should be given the option. I'm not sure how others feel about having to ask to move I know it's not easy for the staff. When arriving we should be given the option if the dining room is not full. The wait staff was very good as well as the food! Love the potato skins! Keep up the great work!

Stopped in for a meal and left impressed.

The kiddo declared the turkey sub the "best turkey sub ever," which is about as honest a review as you'll get. The fish and chips came with a generous portion of fish that was crispy on the outside and flaky inside. The salads were fresh and loaded with toppings.

A nice surprise was the complimentary popcorn while we waited. It's a small touch, but those little extras make a place memorable.

The wait staff was on point the entire visit—friendly, attentive, and kept everything moving without making us feel rushed.

We'll definitely be back hungry.

Stopped in sort of late, was happy it was open. The rest of the town dies out after 8pm. We ordered the chopped steak and chicken sandwich. Both items came out juicy and delicious. We had a very nice decent priced meal. The service was great!
