The guys did a fantastic job replacing our entire basement floor. They were very meticulous about keeping things clean during construction. The whole process from the initial estimate right through to the finishing was convenient and clearly communicated. Extra shout out to Gabriel who was in charge and kept us informed of the process all along the way! Good job! Will recommend you guys to everyone I talk to!

Had some pretty big cracks on our basement floor. So we called and got a free inspection from Abalon and they put our worries to rest. Juan was very professional and had a extensive knowledge base in construction and foundations! Explained everything about what was going on and lucky for us we where all good! Did not try and push any un-needed products on us. Really appreciate the time and care. If we ever do have an issue, I'll be calling Abalon for sure!!

Beware - we hired this company to do a few renos at our property and it was a very frustrating process. When hiring this company be sure to know the proper way of doing the reno requested - you will have to watch the materials used and if the job was done properly. If not, you may be paying top dollar for "home made" materials and half done jobs. We had to stay on top of them as communication was horrible - as well as call them out on workmanship and materials used. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done unless you want to run the project yourself. They dont do breakdowns on their quotes so you know exactly what you are paying for - horrible experience with this company. Take your time to find an engaged contractor that cares about the work being performed and the materials being used. This isnt the experience we had with abalon. Will NOT use this company for any future projects.

I had a flood in my basement mid September and after the flooring and walls were all torn out we discovered a crack in the foundation wall that had been leaking. This was not the cause for the catastrophic flood to the entire basement but it needed to be addressed. I contacted Abalon after a colleague at work mentioned that her friend had work done and was happy with the result. Kevin came by to do an estimate and was very informative and honest. He did not try to sell me more than what was needed. Gabriel and his crew were hard working and did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Gabriel was very accommodating to my schedule and was great at addressing any concerns and questions I had. He came back the day after the project was completed, with a load of rocks, to make sure there was more than enough to replace any that had fallen into the work pit and as a bonus he fixed the parging that had deteriorated years before on that side of the foundation wall.
Fingers crossed that all this hard work will keep the basement dry in the future!

I wish that I had never hired Abalon.

I don't believe that the cracks have been sealed. Everything looks the exact same from the inside.
Outside they added basic waterproofing.

Oh wait they did change something inside. I was charged $3200 for them to install a $20 plastic barrel into my floor that they "perforated" themselves with a drill. Leaving all the loose plastic bits inside it. Followed by a $200 pump that I'm sure is going to love sucking that up.
Then punched a hole through my foundation for the drain, when they could have just gone a bit higher and used the empty space where my house over hangs the foundation.

You would be better off doing the work yourself, as I should have.
