We had an excellent experience with Building Works Ltd. They repaired the external building envelope for our solarium, and the entire process was professional, prompt, and courteous.

Mark was an outstanding point of contact from the initial assessment through to completion. He kept us well informed throughout the project and communicated regularly, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Medhi completed the repair work, and his workmanship was excellent. He was efficient, professional, and left the work area clean when the job was finished.

We’re very pleased with the quality of the work and would happily recommend them.

I have hired building works to do a couple jobs for me and it has been a pleasant experience.
I could not be happier with the work Mehdi did closing up the walls in my basement. He is very hard working and courteous, and his work is impeccable. Would recommend him to my family and friends!

The exterior crew—Baggy, Buk, and Nat—did an incredible job. Their communication was top-notch; they kept me updated daily on progress or scope changes, and left the site spotless every evening.

We hired Building Works to perform repair and restoration work on the upper level deck of our house. Mark was incredibly helpful right from the beginning. He made sure we understood and were happy with the plan going forward and checked in routinely with us and the Building Works crew to make sure all was on task and completed to satisfaction. The entire crew was amazing. Baggie and his crew did a thorough job of checking for mold, ripping out any damaged material and restoring it with new. Mehdi who performed the painting and drywall repair work was fantastic and again, thorough and detailed. Finally, Matt and Jarod who performed the vinyl replacement and flashing and sealing of the final work were incredible. Everyone made sure we understood each step of the project and that we were completely satisfied with the final product. We were extremely happy with the entire Building Works team and look forward to enjoying our newly repaired balcony going forward.

I had a good experiences with building works, we had basement leaking from wall crack. The office Admin Marsha is nice and helpfully scheduled the estimate for next day. Mark did detailed check and provided professional estimate on the same day. Building works team started the job pretty soon, Roy and Matt or Mike?(my husband forgot his name) did a great job for fix the leaking and cleaned ups. Mehdi also did a great job for putting the dry wall back, he is very detailed guy even make my drywall look better. He is also cleaned up everything detailed. I 'll definitely refer building works to my friends and families.
