I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this branch. I was assisted by a young, seemingly new small business banking representative who was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my polite approach, she never even offered me a seat and treated my presence as a major burden.
Instead of genuinely trying to help, she provided rushed, incorrect resolutions just to get me to leave as quickly as possible. As an Asian customer, the dismissive "just go away" attitude I received felt deeply uncomfortable and exclusionary. Being new to a role is understandable, but a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service is not. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides proper training on professionalism and diversity.

Friendly staff, but feels massively understaffed. Took a half hour to get access to a safe deposit box, and I got there before the line for the teller went all the way across the lobby to the door like it was when I left. Delays like this have been commonplace lately.

Dropping to 2 stars. I show up today and get informed “sorry, we don’t have any bankers here today, so you can’t access your safe deposit box”. Good thing it isn’t urgent…..

Stopped in to open up a savings account. The teller couldn't have put in less effort to help us. Told us there was no one there to do that and I could make a Reservation for an appointment. I've had accounts and credit cards Wells Fargo for decades. Went to US bank and got it done. I will never use this branch again.

Not normal bank hours, had to wait outside for 40 minutes. Just to be told they will not give me a temp card for my lost wallet. Said I have to wait the 10 days and nothing they can do for me. Terrible service brushed me off within minutes of arriving to the counter. Will not return to unhelpful people.
