I only recently started using this branch because it’s close to where I work, and all I ever need to do is quickly deposit a check. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

I will say that Norma has always been professional, pleasant, and efficient whenever she’s working. However, my experience today was disappointing. There were only two customers in the branch and three employees working, yet two employees spent over 10 minutes assisting one customer while laughing and carrying on, leaving me standing there waiting just to make a simple deposit.

After waiting long enough for what should have been a quick transaction, I simply left. I got the impression that some customers are treated as more important than others. Maybe someday I’ll have a large enough bank account to warrant two employees’ attention while everyone else waits.

Working with the previous manager, my experience was she helps in every aspect of the service that the bank offers and now with the new manager she doesn't even have any interest to get to know you at least my experience this bank becoming a sad place to visit. I am sure it's going to be sad place to work too. I don't see any support system.

If you ever plan on getting a loan or mortgage in your life stay away from this bank. Employees are good, it’s the outdated bank policy that’s in 18th century. Had an account for 4 years and they wouldn’t even reply for a simple loan verification from 3rd party for a loan application.

Beware. Do not bank here. They will treat you like a criminal. They will screw you over put holds on your paychecks for no reason and refuse to release it. They don’t care if you need to pay your rent tomorrow or if you get kicked out as long as they get their interest collected.

The worst bank I have ever been with. Once my paycheck is released I will be canceling this account and never using them again.

The bottom of the bottom like Green dot and netspend and chime are 1000x better than here.

I really like this bank. I've been coming to this location for about 2 and a half years now and the staff have been there for me. They're always nice to me. They have great attitudes when I'm around them. But it was Anna who started this great connection to everyone there at the bank. I really appreciate everything that you all do for me. I love doing business with you all. Thanks for the love and great experience. And awesome customer service.
