I have been a resident in building D for 2 years now. I just renewed for a 3rd year. The community is clean and safe. Security always on premises riding around. Maintenance is great about promptly fixing things that may come up. In my 2 years here I have ZERO complaints. I would highly recommend dealing with Camila in the office as well. She handles things in a timely manner also. Just a nice place to call home

I lived here for almost 2 years I will not be renewing my lease. The apartment above me flooded and my closet ended up getting affected. Everything is soaking wet I have about 15 loads of laundry to do now because my stuff will mold or mildew if I allow it to sit. I was told unfortunately that’s out of their control nothing they are willing to do to help me. The next day I come home smoke is coming out of my lights and I’m being so inconvenience. They can offer some type of assistance as far as laundry service or money off my rent but instead they are quick to say not their fault but neither is it mine but beyond what they care about!

On top of it after posting this the owner calls to be extremely RUDE still inconsiderate as hell and telling me this is life stuff happens!

As a resident at Legacy Lake Vista, I genuinely appreciate the effort that goes into creating a sense of community here. Every month, they host social gatherings for families, especially focused on the kids, and today’s Easter event was a perfect example of that.

Everything started right on time at 11 AM, which made it easy to plan the day. One thing I really loved was how they separated the younger children from the older ones for the egg hunt. It made the experience fair, fun, and stress-free for everyone. The kids were able to collect eggs using their little baskets, and you could see how excited they all were.

They had breakfast, cookies, and plenty of space for the kids to socialize. There was also a large coloring sheet and multiple activities set up around the outdoor patio by the pool, as well as the front garden. It felt organized, welcoming, and full of positive energy.

Events like this are truly invaluable for families. It gives children a chance to connect, play, and create memories in a safe and engaging environment. I’m so grateful that Legacy Lake Vista consistently puts these together. I only wish I could attend every single one.

Definitely a five-star experience. It would be amazing to see these events happen even more often—twice a month would be Incredible. Please do more of these.

Very peaceful place to live and a great community to be in. Management always makes sure we have events to bring everyone together. Sometimes to start our day off they have moments where they have breakfast and coffee at the gate to start our morning off. No regrets living here

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex. One of my favorite features is the free complimentary coffee—it’s such a thoughtful touch and really makes the space feel welcoming. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, which creates a positive atmosphere whenever you’re there.

The gym is another highlight. The equipment is new, clean, and well-maintained, making it a great place to get a workout in without needing to leave the property. Overall, it’s clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the community comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
