Love the staff. The maintenance team is great. They've helped on every work order. I know they're all hard working individuals. Even though I wasn't the best tenant, they really made me feel welcome here. The place I stayed in had a/c, hot/cold water, stove/oven, refrigerator, and tons of outlets. The noise level was very low. I couldn't complain. I'm deeply appreciative for my stay here.

Well, my experience so far has been great! I'm new to the community, only been here about a month. I will say Addison was and is great to work with. He explained everything I needed to know and answered my, what seemed like, a thousand questions in person and via email. Kudos to Addison! So far I've not had any problems with my neighbors and have found it is pretty quiet where I am at. Just the usual apartment noises you hear. I have to say, I am impressed that I have a working fireplace IN an apartment! You don't find that very often. I do love that the rent is affordable here compared to other complexes here in Topeka. Thank you for having me be apart of this community!

I just want to share some photo's to show you on how this place is. I thought the management took better care of this property But I was wrong. When there was big hole in the ceiling in the manager's office that got patch up pretty darn quick. But as you can see there are small or bigger holes in my building that's been there for quite some time. They told mew that they have a cleaning person but as you can see the halls needs Vacuum and there is trash as well. And you can see how they keep the Laundry room. It 's smells when a person goes down to the lower level. and the ceiling seems that needs some attention as well. I just want to say please think twice about choosing RainTree Apartment's. But of course the decision is your's. If I knew how they took care of this property then I would of never live here. But of I got 12 months to live here. I am pretty well stuck. I just wanted to inform the public if they are looking for a new place to live at.

Worst place I have ever lived! I would give them a 0 if I could. There are major bug problems throughout the buildings. Black mold all over the building I lived in. Everytime it rained outside, it rained inside my building. They left me and 3 other tenants without a/c for 2 months in the summer. Power outages all the time. One of my neighbors also went to the bathroom in buckets when his toilet broke so the building smelled terrible and they did nothing about it. Each month I got a letter on the door that my rent was late and had to call and remind them that i had a receipt and paid. The people in the office are extremely rude and don't have time for complaints or maintenance issues. The maintenance guys are wonderful but should be paid way more for dealing with the office workers. Don't expect to get your deposit back after you move out, they will find charges just to keep your money. Plus no final walk through with anyone so they don't have to explain charges. Do NOT choose to live here!!

The people work at the office are not honest. They promise to fix my apartment, and that never happened yet. It's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for them!
