We had a great experience living here! Sandy and Cora were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made both my move-in and move-out smooth and stress-free, and they were always friendly, responsive, and willing to answer any questions we had.

The apartment community is well-maintained, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Any concerns were handled promptly, and communication was always clear. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness from Sandy and Cora—they made our experience much better. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost 3 years now and all I can say is that this is probably the most friendliest, cleanest, most comfortable apartment complex I’ve stayed in. Sandy and the staff have been really helpful especially during hard times and can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us. They work their butts off to make sure that we all can live comfortably and stress free. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough good things about this complex! The property management team is friendly, understanding and always readily available to assist tenants with whatever is needed. The maintenance team prioritizes requests well and works efficiently, and they have always been personable in conversation. They do their best to keep the property cleaned up and the landscaping crew does a great job at maintaining grassy areas around the buildings. For the most part, neighbors are quiet and friendly, making it a hospitable and diverse community to live in. It is tucked away off of the main road, so I have always felt safe and comfortable. If you are searching for a new place in the Pensacola area, be sure to come by and check them out!

I moved here from Indiana and I have never in my life met such nice people! Sandy is absolutely amazing and a godsend. She has went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable in our new home. She truly cares about her residents and it definitely shows. The maintenance crew is amazing as well! 10/10. This transition has been super hard and the staff here has made it much better ❤️ Thank for everything y’all!!

We have been living at Waters Edge for a year and a half now. Love the location and how close we are to Target and Publix. Our pool and gym are both great! Our maintenance guy Mason is awesome and handles any issues we have right away. The manager Sandy and miss Sam are both absolutely amazing and do the best they can to keep us all happy. I recently had my carpets cleaned and they turned out so nice and clean, I am super happy and impressed with the changes that have been made recently here. And I would recommend Waters edge to anyone looking for a great safe community to live in here in Pensacola.
