This complex has been under construction since BH took ownership over a year ago. Gym was closed for over a year, and now the hours are only during work hours. Water is shut off randomly ALL OF THE TIME. Constant leaks and breaks, EVERYTHING BREAKS- on top of the maintenance not caring. Kids ride bikes through the parking lot, hit cars with their bikes, toys, etc. They charge you to change a lightbulb, and maintenance closes requests without communication. 0/10 do NOT recommend

New management has not been helpful. I did not have properly working AC for over two months and during the hottest week of the year so far while I had company. It was over 80° in my unit for over two weeks. My electric bill was much higher two months in a row due to the AC constantly running while they continued to do temporary “fixes” before finally replacing the AC. I sent multiple messages requesting a credit towards rent due to this without ever receiving a response. Very disappointed in the handling of this.

Do not live here. While being a prospective renter today, just gathering information while visiting the resident there. While outside, a staff member, I assume because she did not identify herself as such, told me to leave because I wasn't a resident. She was very angry for some reason and incredibly aggressive. I gathered my things quietly. I asked her politely, very batim: "Hey honey, can ai have your name please?" She repeated I needed to leave and wasn't on the lease never once asking me why I was there. I asked her, again, politely, to please calm down. She yelled "OH HONEY IM FINE." I left. Awful

Do NOT rent/live here! If I could give negative stars I would. I like to give benefit of the doubt when reviewing places but this place was very poorly ran.

1) They claim to be smoke free and even list it as an ammentity but there are many people smoking around the facilities. Both marijuana and cigarette smoke and absolutely nothing is done when you call the office. Other than a friendly reminder email. They specifically told me we cant do anything about it despite it being an ammentity.

2)They are supposed to have valet trash between 5-7 pm Sundays-Thursdays but valet trash is often not picked up till after 11 pm and sometimes not at all despite it being a listed ammentity.

3) They are constantly shutting off entire buildings water with little to no warning for hours on end. Due to many supposed "leak issues"

4) The pool is constantly being closed due to chemical inbalances.

5) They had garages that had peoples belongings they didnt know who they belonged to in them. This means they simply didnt know who was occupying the spaces. That seemed quite off to me as that is their jobs as managers.

6) Maintenance absolutely sucks!! We had a washer break while I was on maternity leave. It was overflowing and flooding the kitchen and unusable. In unit laundry is an ammentity. They took 8 weeks to fix it and ended up calling an outside contractor. It only took the worker not directly affiliated with the building a half hour to fix it. This worker also stated we had a clogged kitchen sink. When we brought this up to maintenance they said the contractor needed "to stay in his lane and that there was no clog" I simply dont believe this as the sink would often drain VERY slowly. You need reliable maintenance especially when they dont have garbage disposals. Lastly, we had a dishwasher that would start to run but not finish a load. Maintenance said it works on heavy duty so just use that mode. We think the sensors off but did nothing to fix the sensor. Heavy duty didnt always work but ig it got the job done when it did. It was very frustrating not knowing if the dishwasher would work. They also had no maintenace for several months after we moved in. This meant they had to hire companies to come fix issues which resulted in very long wait times. But at least they actually fixed the problems.
7) It is impossible to get ahold of the property manager. We were told in an email that they would be switching companies for collecting payments and that it wouldnt effect flex payments. Well it did and it was on their end for not telling us it would. Yet they still made us pay a late fee despite us having documentation it was NOT our fault. The property manager was always out of office when we went to ask about the issue.

8) An ammentity is that the buildings are locked and u need a key or code to get in. Many times the doors lock system got jammed shut and no one could get in or out of the building for hours. A huge safety hazzard. They only did something about it when we told them next time we would call the fire department. Their way of fixing it was completely taking the locks off. Again completely taking away an ammentity.

If youve made it this far thank you for reading. Im sure theres more im missing. These are the bigger issues we had. Please save yourself the headache and literally rent anywhere else. Not worth saving some money to be stressed daily

Things have gone downhill tremendously since the beginning of our two year residency, from cars speeding down roads where kids are constantly playing to there being a sitting broken car in the front of the building for over a year. When we first moved in we were okay with how many parking spots there were but as more people move in you truly see there is not enough spaces for the amount of apartments there are, this is causing people to park in handicap spots without having any permits but the only thing management has provided as a solution is to try to make residents rent out a garage which price goes up in the winter. We have constantly felt like we are nothing more than income to management as they add more rules and “improvements” to get more money out of our pockets. One “improvement” being the valet trash, which is required to be paid but they do not take the trash unless you fit their specific rules which varies per person we have seen neighbors trash piled higher than the trash can itself and they always take it but when they could not simply slide the bag out of our can in one go they chose not to take it. The parking lot is constantly trashed and filled with pot holes and cracks that you have to avoid if you don’t want to mess up your tires but instead of trying to fix any of these issues they just offer pizza parties and prizes to try to win over their tenants. We also have had multiple packages stolen from our front door while neighbors have had their packages opened and left at the their door because whoever opened it simply did not want the items. If you’re looking for a place that’s not going to care for you at all then move into polo club.
