Very disappointing experience at Tropical Cafe. I arrived with my wife and my son around 8:40 PM because we wanted to order something for dinner. The restaurant’s posted closing time is 9:00 PM, but when I tried to place an order, we were told that they were already closed and they would not take our order.

I completely understand that employees need time to clean up and close the restaurant, but if the posted closing time is 9:00 PM, I expect customers who arrive before that time to be able to place an order. If the kitchen stops taking orders earlier, that should be clearly communicated.

Arriving with my wife and young son expecting to have dinner, only to be turned away at 8:40 PM, was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

If you’re going to stop accepting orders before 9:00 PM, please post the actual kitchen/ordering hours. I definitely think twice before coming back.

Enjoyed my smoothie but surprised by the high price. I love places like this in the neighborhood and purposely stop by to give them support but didn't expect to pay well over $10 for a smoothie. Awesome took a lot longer than I expected.

Went here multiple times already and I can say the food quality is great! I always get the thai salad and mango magic smoothie. Employees are kind, welcoming, and professional. I would recommend going here.
