Seems your response is always the same or variations of the same theme. It doesn't appear, however, that they actually translate into better service because truthfully it's still sucks.

I had placed a pickup order for 12pm. I was running early and arrived at 11:30. I asked if I could get it now and I was told no I had to wait until noon. Seem kind of odd because I remember there was the ability to reschedule it in the app. I asked why they couldn't and got a mumble for an answer. I went to sit down to reschedule it and found out the only option was to cancel it which I did. As I was going by the counter to leave the person said everything okay and I said no I just canceled the order in his response was good.

Really disappointing experience. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while multiple employees looked right at me and didn’t acknowledge me at all—not even a “we’ll be right with you.” No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It felt like customers just don’t matter here. After waiting and being completely ignored, I ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not the kind of service you expect.

I just wanted to say that, first off, I never write bad reviews but what happened to me today here infuriated me so much that I needed to. During my 30 minute lunch break, I decided to come get food at Popeyes because there was no line. I repeat, NO LINE. No one is there besides me. I’m waiting for someone to take my order which is fine (I was waiting in line instead of using the kiosk because they give a mall employee discount that the kiosk does not give). The lady glanced at me but didn’t come over which is ok. Do what you need to do. Then, some teenage boys come over and start talking to her and asking for a discount for a biscuit. She starts giggling and talking to them while clearly seeing I’m waiting in line. Fine, whatever. Flirt with some teenagers. Odd but it’s not my life. Finally, she goes over to the register and I say hello and start to say my order when she says “One moment. I’m taking their order”. Hello??? They are actively behind me ordering and she refuses to let me talk. Once again, fine, whatever. I step over to the side. I start talking to my boyfriend who is on the phone when she says once again “One moment, I’m taking their order”. IM NOT EVEN TALKING TO YOU!! I’m not ordering food, I’m talking about a cat. Am I not allowed to talk to my boyfriend about a cat? Finally, the teenage boys leave and I go to say my order. I’m obviously not thrilled but I’m being polite. I say please and thank you because the service industry can be hard. What do I get? Attitude. By this point there’s a few other people behind me in line. As I wait for my food, not one, but TWO people behind me get their food before me. It would be fine if it was just a piece of chicken or a biscuit but I saw them making their sandwiches before mine. On top of that, I ,literally, heard the person after me order fries and she scooped those fries up, put them in a bag, and gave them their order after their sandwich order was completed. Same for the other. If it happens once, fine. But twice? Let’s be so real now. You can’t look me dead in the eye and say that it wasn’t on purpose because I’ve worked in fast food chains before. Be. So. For real. By the end of this whole event, I had 10 minutes to eat my food out of my whole 10 HOUR shift because she ignored me when I first came over, purposefully took two teenage boys’ orders before mine, and then made sure to complete two people’s orders before mine. Her service is absolutely horrible and infuriated me so bad. I would give negative stars if I could and I bet every other recent bad review that’s on here (which is plentiful) is because of her. I will not be at this location again no matter how short the line is unless she’s gone because, let’s be real, I could wait in an actual line elsewhere and still be served faster with better food based on what happened today. If you want higher than a 2.7 star rating, look into her employment and watch how she treats people other than teenage boys.

Can't believe I even tried this place. First time was not the charm. Service is sub-par. No flavor on the chicken, no refills on the drinks.Well, unless apparently, if you ask for a large, but nowhere is it noted that even if you get a large, there's a free refill. So bad flavour, bad service and no indicators just in general.If you're in the mall, choose another place

I came to eat with my husband we wanted all the dark chicken and the guy who was at the cashier was nice but the manager doesn't want to work, he literally just said he wouldn't do it and forced us to take two pieces of spicy chicken, then they told us that there was no salad and instead of at least making the chicken as I asked I had to choose something different. Very lazy, they need a change of manager, I'm also a restaurant manager and everything is bad here
