My cinnamon and sugar pretzel was delicious. It was so soft that it almost melted in my mouth. The young man at the counter was super friendly. I will be back next week!

The African American cashier displayed a pleasant attitude. The two stars are for the pretzel. I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was overcooked. The bottom was hard. It was hard to pull apart and my jaws were tired from chewing. I noticed the last pretzel was removed from under the light, dipped in butter and placed in the cinnamon sugar container. I wish I was afforded the opportunity to wait for a fresh cinnamon sugar pretzel. Regarding the policy for wearing headgear, my recommendation is if your hair cannot fit under the hat then a hair net should be worn for both male and female.

I bought a drink there but no ice even i did not order drink without ice . It really so sweet and i would love to ask put some ice but this guy told me have to PAY for ice . Really??? Tried a lot of take out drink, food and never have to charge for ask some ice put in a drink .

It gets the job done, but the pretzel I had wasn’t all that great. I tried their specialty garlic Parmesan pretzel and it was much drier than I anticipated. I’m used to the buttery moisture of Auntie Anne’s pretzels, but this one missed the mark. Granted it might have just been this flavor, but I wouldn’t recommend it or get it again.
