My granddaughter went thru the drive thru at 745. The young guy at the window made a inappropriate comment. He said I know you must look fine in a bathing suit do you have a picture. I want the manager to address now. No place for this.

Miss Katie and her staff did an amazing job. The restaurant is very clean. It smells good. The workers are clean looking. Miss Katie is very professional. I’m just so pleased and happy with my service. This probably has to be the best Bojangles locations that they have in the whole United States. Miss Katie took her time with me because I was having a hard time finding the restaurant ..when I got there, she was sweet and professional and like I say that the restaurant is so clean thank you so much Miss Katie into your staff you guys are doing a great job.

A coworker told me I had to try this. I just moved to the area. The experience was weird. It was an AI in the drive through that said they had biscuits and gravy. They did not. It couldn't understand our questions nor included the add ons we asked for. We didnt get a recap of our order or anything. We went to the window to find out they couldn't accommodate half the order. To be honest.... it was just weird. I normally give chances, but we won't be back. The people inside seemed to understand our frustration so you might want to do better for your team.

Drive through was not long was little wait but everything was hot and fresh. Biscuits were buttery soft and the potato rounds were hot and tasty. We got breakfast it was 100% better than McDonald's with comparison to what we got.

I had never been to a Bojangles before, and I was unsure of what to expect while traveling the South. Multiple ones on our travel route had very low ratings, and here we found out why that may be. This restaurant was out of almost everything, including soda, rice, etc. Luckily, they had biscuits and chicken, and it was clean enough. The chicken sandwich wasn't enough to recommend this over other fast food places, of which there were plenty of other choices in the area, but we were curious. Wouldn't really recommend it unless you like their food for some reason over any other fast food restaurant.
