My insurance sent me to Crash Champions after an accident. The expected return date for my car was 5/1, but I received it a week earlier than expected.

Dorian was a phenomenal service advisor—he communicated with me throughout the entire process, from my insurance mistakenly attaching the claim to the wrong VIN, all the way through to the return of my car. He went above and beyond with his customer service, and I truly appreciated it!

I came in to have a dent/scratch on my new car repaired. Every step in my entire interaction was incredibly positive. From the scheduler on the initial phone call, to the young lady who greeted me when I entered, to Mike, who took amazing care of my vehicle. I can’t say enough great things about him!! This level of customer service, in my experience, is incredibly rare.

The service here was amazing. The manager came out personally and went over the damage on my vehicle. I got constant friendly updates from Dorian about the vehicle. And I even got it back EARLY! They did an amazing job they also cleaned my car it was super shiny and beautiful. Thank you to everyone there at crash champions and thank you who cleaned my car she was dirty. Thanks again I hope I don't need their service again but if I do I'm bringing it right back to them. They took great care of me I can only imagine that you will get the same great care.
