Understandably the lobby was locked, but when I went to the drive thru at 130am on foot I stood there for atleast 5 minutes, and knocking in the window with nobody coming, they had served someone just as I had gotten there, after 5 minutes I called the number and it rang for almost a minute before answer. When the worker finaly answerd I had to repeat myself saying I was at the window to which the response was " I dont see you" and I had knocked again whilst on call. When the worker finaly cane to the window they called another worker to deal with me and he was more concerned about the fact I was not in a car. They then closed the window and wouldn't let me finish what I was saying

Food was great. Only thing was We asked if they can change the toy as my daughter really likes the BT21 toy.Coincidentally the other customer had the BT21 toy.

I go every morning at 12:45 ish am. Always get service but tonight they said a system change over was preventing orders from taking place. They didn't even offer to accept cash and write the orders on napkins, which is what most McDonald's restaurants do during a system change over. I was first told it would be 10 minutes. I waited then they said an hour.

If you want to have a correct order 1 out of 5 times you would be lucky. Always double check your orders before leaving pick up or drive through, you will be guaranteed to either have an item missing or not made correctly. Even when the manager corrects an order you still will have something wrong still. Attention to orders and services is not high on this location.
