Extremely disappointed in Ent/Wings for acting in bad faith regarding a vehicle account from Nov 2024. Before this was moved to a third-party agency, I was offered an $8k settlement. Now, the agency (CMS) is claiming a 'floor' of $16k—double the original offer—and reporting a balance of $22k that contradicts Ent’s own legal deficiency notice of $21k.To make matters worse, the staff at this branch told me the debt was 'sold,' while the collections department insists Ent still owns it. The account numbers and balances on my credit report are inconsistent and inaccurate across the board. As a contributor to this community, I’ve tried to resolve this with a fair $2,000 lump-sum offer, but I am being met with misinformation and predatory tactics. I have already filed with the NCUA and will be escalating to the CFPB for these reporting violations.

Love this location although I do wish there were more locations closer to where I live. Best Credit Union I have had in a very long time. No hassles. Always great customer service, although seldom needed because this credit union does a fantastic job.

I've had so many issues with ENT Credit Union with Auto Loans. I would not recommend them to anyone! Even after my Auto Loan was paid off they still continued to take out my car payment, which then made me overdraft in my checking account with another bank. I told them this and the suggestions were to go to a ENT location and get the $ out the savings account that they deposited the car payment into, not back into my checking account with my bank that they took the payment out of. OR they could wire the $ and charge me $25.00 wire fee for their mistake!!! Now I have to drive to a location about a half hour away to get the $ and then go to my bank and deposit it. They DON'T and didn't care that their error made me overdraft!

Unfortunately, when I traded in my car they went again with ENT Credit Union for the financing. I will not setup any type of online payment with them due to these ERRORS! NOR will I ever recommend them to anyone for an AUTO Loan, this is not the first time that they've made errors with my Auto loan. As soon as I'm able I will pay the loan off in full and NEVER use them again for any type of loan or banking!

I've been with ENT for almost 10 years now and really enjoy banking with them. There aren't many locations up here in Denver that are close to me, so I was thrilled when they opened this new location! Their two ATMs are convenient, and their staff are very friendly.
