Big shout out to Zoe. Zoe is my favourite sales associate at any business I've visited in recent memory. Yup that's quite the claim, but it's true. She is engaging and informative, but the best part is when she doesn't have an immediate answer or solution she goes looking for it. Now it is apparent that she really enjoys her job, especially helping others. I wish other customer service based businesses hired individuals like Zoe. It feels good spending money in places with people who are this friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Bosely's and thank you Zoe.

Staff are so friendly and helpful! I was looking for a more natural wet food for my cats and the cashier helped me find a great and affordable option! I wish I remembered their name but so happy I finally found an option that works for me and my kitties.

I’ve been a long-time customer at this Bosley’s location and I cannot thank the staff enough—especially both the assistant manager and manager. They’ve always gone above and beyond for me and my Cane Corso, Tank. From helping with my dog being extremely picky to the times he wouldn’t eat at all, they’ve patiently answered all my questions and offered the best advice and support. The kindness, knowledge, and care they show truly make a difference. Thank you all so much!

UPDATE: recently visited here and the location from my last review had received a revamp and more local & Canadian product natural goods for your pets!

Went here multiple of times and it wasn’t closed, until recently the store looked beyond dark & empty as if it was being cleared out. Please update google listing if this location has been moved, much appreciated for other pet parents. (0 star rating here over 2 years ago)

Had an extremely pleasant shopping experience here. Mia was great, we needed 2 crates and wasn't sure if we could fit both in our trunk. she helped us measure the crates and our car trunk space before we purchasing the one crate from this store, and she the other Bosley's down the road to hold it for us. Definitely will be back!

Perfect day for my perfect Bosley's Pawfect Dog Wash Experience today! I brought my two Shiba Inu to shower here! Shower water running from cold to warm temperature which I feel is very considerate! The length of dryer hose is lengthy enough for me to blow dry my two senior furry creatures from head to tail and back to belly in all angles! The dried beef liver treats as well as the clean towels are super awesome! Staff have been super friendly and nice! It's like 5-star private dog shower room to me indeed!

Lots of products packed into here, prices seem about the same as most other pet stores. There are lots of treats to test with your pet. Also, if your dog/cat doesn't like it's new food, Bosleys will take it back and donate it to SPCA. They also do the 'buy 10 bags of food get one free' deal, which is great because you WILL be buying 10 bags of food! Assistants are extremely friendly and helpful.
