As a family we ordered, but the owners family showed up (confirmed by a worker) they allowed kids behind the register to serve themselves (ew) in addition to take every single seat available inside. See us sitting outside on the curb. I totally understand people serving their family business but with respect to serve and treat customers first. Without exaggeration there was 10+ people there. I even made sure before writing this post that it was infant the (extended) owners family.

I just had the sweetest experience at this cold stone creamery location. I needed a last minute cake, and even though I arrived a few minutes after closing, they were gracious enough to open and let me buy it. It’s my 2nd time visiting the location, and every time I’ve been, they’ve had stellar customer service.

The servers are awesome.
But it was too freaking hot. What it the hell is wrong with the a/c in this place and how are they making the employees work in these conditions. Corporate must need to fire the manager or the owner is not aware. It sucks in here because it’s so HOT. My ice cream is melting before I can eat it.
And this man is staring at the workers and not pitching in when and the line is long!
