I had to return supplies for a pet that didn't end up making its way to me, which was very upseting - They were really kind about it, opened the box with everything in it that I couldn't even bear to look at and took it back after. They didn't ask the "is there anything wrong with this" question, which would have forced me to get into it, so I really appreciated the room reading / empathy there.

CORDILLIA!!!!! An experience of a life time in the fish section for me it was!. I have been to 3 different pet smart locations and none of the staff knew as much as she did. Greeted with a smile, super knowledgeable on all fish and was able to help me properly school my fish. I highly recommend kanata location. Hubby complained about how small kanata location was but when we got the service we recieved the size of the store meant nothing to him. Cordillia in the fish department should be cloned and placed in every pet smart location so that every person buying fish can gain the proper knowledge on their fish and tanks! Way to go CORDILLIA. I HOPE OTHERS GET TO EXPERIENCE HER KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICES!

My god to pet store for everything cat/dog essentials.

The staff are generally kind and patient. I appreciate Marc at the check out. Down to earth and polite. When you need assistance, the managers are helpful and understanding, which is nice to see. The point system is the cherry on top. I love the 5,000 points back in savings days for those larger purchases.

I'm very disappointed with the PetSmart grooming salon located in Kanata (255 Kanata Avenue). I was client from Waterloo PetSmart store (Erbs Street) for over 5 years. We have an adorable Labrador (Cupcake). She loves humans. But at the PetSmart Kanata store, they are so unprepared. They made a lot of difficulties, but all of them unreasonable. It was really bad experience and frustrating. I never had something like that. As I mentioned ot was 5 years in Waterloo and Cupcake and us received an excellent treatment. I was expecting to have the same at the store here Kanata after we moved from Waterloo to Ottawa. I thought they could look on their computer about Cupcake history and see that she never any problem and always we had enjoyable visits. Please, as Google Reviewer for years I DO NOT recommend to visit this PetSmart grooming salon in Kanata. It is breaking my heart to write this review, because most of my reviews are positive. Do not bring your lovely pets to the PetSmart grooming salon in Kanata.

Got the harness home waited for the tracker to put on so we can walk with him Friday and seen that it was already used and ripped underneath the ring. I know that the young girl said if i did like it i could return it, so im thinking this has already been done by someone else because of the rip. They need to verify everything that is returned because now i have to buy a new one.

My dog and I had an amazing experience with trainer Crystal and the training center! We took the beginners level and learned so many valuable and fundamental skills when it comes to the life with a pet.
I cannot wait to take the next level. (The only thing that i wish they had was more 4PM classes during the week)

I wanted to share some feedback after my visit today around 2 p.m. While I was shopping, I heard what sounded like a dog being groomed who was quite stressed and vocal. At the same time, I distinctly heard one of the groomers yelling things like “shut up” and “stupid dog.”

I’ve brought my own anxious dog this location before and had been happy with the experience, but after hearing that interaction, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my pet back

The staff are super friendly and they always have the items in stock that I need for my dog and corn snake. I especially love Nicole’s grooming services! Fresher update: new fish arrives every Tuesday :) Today we bought here our very first fish tank and all the necessary accessories. The consultants were so patient with me and our kids, professionally handling a downpour of our beginner-fish tank-owners questions :) we are grateful. :) thank you, and see you soon: we are coming back soon for more stuff :) update: the staff is really knowledgeable, we had an issue with fish tank, and we have received so much help and advice, our aquarium was saved :) we came back 2 months later and bought a hamster :) and we plan on coming back for more little friends. Grateful.
