Our stay at Osceola Mill House was lovely. The hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.. it was nice mingling with the other guests and they gave excellent recommendations on site seeing.
The room we stayed in has a bathroom and has the standard toiletries we needed..
I highly recommend this place and will come back next time.

This is an amazing bed and breakfast! The hosts, Erica and Chris were so kind and we made a wonderful connection with them both! The room we had was the Patterson bedroom and it had its own en suite bathroom with a shower stall! From the plush towels to the locally sourced goats milk soap and shampoo bars! All things were thought of. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of a yogurt, strawberry, granola parfait; an egg soufflé with thick local bacon and hash browns. They even had dessert of warm rhubarb coffee cake. All of it was delicious and shared at the long table with other guests. We had a lovely and leisurely breakfast. A very peaceful B&B in a historic home in the heart of Lancaster Amish Country! Give this one a try, you will not be sorry!

Chris and Erica were yhe nicest hosts ever. The rooms are fantastic ( especially if you like antiques). The breakfasts are beyond 5 star, and the whole atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I especially enjoyed morning coffee in the yard rocking chairs, watching the buggies go by and the occasional visit by Ki the cat. The chickens are a laugh a minute, they are " talkative ". I highly recommend this place if you enjoy a nice quiet country setting.

An extraordinary traveler's retreat in the heart of Lancaster county! The house is gorgeous and situated on the property with spectacular views of the grounds. The hospitality of the innkeepers, Erica and Christopher, is unmatched. Their warmth, attention to detail and exquisite breakfast experience-- complete with delectable, wholesome food and lively conversation--make the inn a home. A welcoming spot we will return to whenever we visit the area.

We can't say enough about the Osceola Mill House B&B. We have been going there for 35 years and these are the third owners we have stayed with. The current owners, Chris and Erica, have done an awesome job bringing the house back to a more "period" look. The home is gorgeous. It is decorated very tastefully, keeping the historical charm (1766) while giving it a welcoming and very comfortable feel. The breakfasts were delicious and creative. The meals are "farm to table", made with natural local ingredients with the eggs being from their own chickens. Erica spends time making the meal not only attractive with her presentation, but very tasty and filling! Chris does a great job with the home and property. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained with a nice chicken coop, gardens and a nice sitting area that is also being improved upon. We highly recommend the Osceola Mill House, we can't wait to return. This is what a B&B should be!!

Quaint B&B in the Intercourse area.
Lovely owners Christopher & Erica Adams and their Daughter who assists with little tasks.
The room was clean, floor & doors leaning with funny things to see in the house due to age of building.
Great breakfast freshly made by Erica every day local produce sourced for freshness.
I would use their services again when back in that part of Pennsylvania.
Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at Osceola Mill House Bed and Breakfast. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is beautifully maintained and very well kept.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious—especially the fresh eggs straight from their own backyard, which made it feel extra special. Everything was homemade, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Osceola Mill House to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable place with amazing hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Chris and Erica are wonderful hosts at this historic inn and they are more than helpful orienting newcomers to the Lancaster/Amish experience. Breakfasts are unique and delicious and prepared each morning. We also enjoyed the stimulating conversations around the table, making new friends in the process. And all this happens in the very heart of Amish farmland in a beautiful home built a decade before the American Revolution. Staying at the Osceola Mill House will add wonderful richness to your memory bank. Go!

We had an amazing time . Very clean the innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious each morning. It was in the middle of Amish country. Beautiful scenery and you could even hear the clip clop of the horses on the road in your bedroom. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely return! Thanks for the great hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The whole place was so cozy and comfortable. The antique decor throughout the house was beautiful and gave everything such a charming, thoughtful touch. Our room and bathroom were spotless and you could tell how much care goes into keeping the space welcoming.

Breakfast was incredible, everything was made from local ingredients and it honestly felt like such a treat to start the day that way. The table was set beautifully and there was more than enough coffee and juice for the entire table. It felt like a film set when two little kittens came into the window to spy on the meal. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really love what they do and have a gift for hosting.

We can’t wait to come back. 😊

The room and setting were excellent. But what set this place apart from other B&B’s were the owners. They really went out of their way to make our stay special . Incredible breakfasts , making dinner reservations for us and generally having wonderful suggestions as to what to see and do in the area. We would stay here again without hesitation. Jerry McNaul

Christopher and Erica, our hosts, were absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us warmly and provided a nice tour of the house. The accommodations were absolutely wonderful! And the three course breakfast was ideal.
We had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet while relaxing in their outdoor chairs, drinking coffee and watching a beautiful sunset.
We would strongly recommend visiting this location, whether it be for a night or even a week. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful BnB in the heart of Amish country. You can lay in your very comfy, king size four poster bed and hear the horses and buggies trotting by. Osceola bnb is located in the country near Paradise, Pa, Gordonville, Intercourse and a fabulous Amish restaurant, Katie’s Kitchen in Ronks about 12 minutes away. You have take a trip and stay for a few days; you will love it! Brian Allen, recent guest from Virginia

We stayed here for our first bed and breakfast experience and it was absolutely wonderful. The home is beautiful and we stayed in the Elizabeth suite. It had a fireplace and claw foot tub and was such a pleasant experience. The owners were so very accommodating and kind. Their daughter was so very sweet. I can’t wait to plan my next getaway there

My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to the Osceola Mill House, the location is perfect for exploring the country side and was close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The house is decorated so well and honors the history of this magnificent building! The highlight of our stay was breakfast each morning with the other guests, making connections with others over delicious food. Erica and Christopher are the most gracious hosts and really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a memorable stay at their B&B!

Erica & Christopher are excellent innkeepers.
The accomodations are clean, classy yet comfortable.
They are so engaging but don't hover.
Enjoyed sumptuous breakfast at the Big table WITH the Innkeepers (a first for me)
Delightful conversation throughout meal. Guests went their own way; some exploring, shopping, relaxing or checking out. So blessed to have stayed at this sweet haven. Thank you for your hospitality!

What a wonderful stay at a historical bed and breakfast. My room was wonderfully comfortable. I stayed on the 3rd floor, but had an individual heating/cool system so it was never too hot. The house itself was GORGEOUS. The hosts took such good care of me. They were very kind, had local recommendations, and the breakfast they cooked each morning was delicious. I also purchased a couple add on packages, which I definitely recommend. The massage was divine!

A perfect location for Lancaster, and the neighboring Pennsylvania Dutch Amish areas. Christopher and Erica are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. The conversations around the breakfast table are comfortable, and easy. The early American home, grounds and furnishing are stunning! We hope to get back soon! We have new friends to visit again!

Beautiful location , very quiet and immerse in Amish ambience. Our beautiful decorated room was positioned towards the street, and every night we would open the window, we could hear the relaxing and calming sound of a horse and buggy passing by. We felt like we traveled back in time! The three course breakfast was nutritious and delicious. The owners, Erica and Christopher and their daughter, Maggie are warm and friendly, with lots of useful knowledge about the area. Would heartily recommend.

Our hosts, Chris and Erica, were amazing! So warm, welcoming, and friendly — not to mention incredible chefs :) the breakfast made us excited to wake up for the day, with all ingredients fresh and locally sourced. We especially loved the breakfast “dessert” and wide variety of herbal teas to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights and three days. The house is very clean and comfortable with local quirks, from coffee to soap — the perfect place to return after a day out exploring. Thank you Chris and Erica! Their hospitality made our trip!❤️💕😻

My wife and I stayed there for a couple days for new years. The area is very peaceful and secluded, but still not far away from shops and restaurants. The building and the rooms are very cozy, and the hosts Erika and Christopher were outstanding. The breakfast they made was delicious, and they truly made us feel welcome. This is the first bed and breakfast we have stayed at, and what a fantastic change from a regular hotel. Thank you both for the comfortable and memorable stay.
