I stopped in for a charger and will definitely be back to purchase a phone in the next couple of weeks.

I was so impressed. Last fall I was out of state helping a relative with a phone purchase ... that was a nightmare. It included several trips , bad service ....

This store was different at the get go. Sree was so personable and enthusiastic about his product.

Prices looked excellent!

If we all had customer service skills of this man....🎶💥

Alex at Total wireless on Bellview Ave offers superior customer service. I was skeptical about the new cell service, however I did my research and found it was legit with year price warranty and Verizon lines. My daughter begged me to check them out and I was not disappointed. This particular store is run by Alex and he not only sold us phones but helped us transfer data and really took the time. He is very knowledgeable and I haven't seen this level of customer service in years from anyplace including cell phone stores. I brought my 86 year old mom in today and again we experienced superior customer service. I highly recommend this store and this carrier. You won't be disappointed.
