I will exclusively come too this store for any of my phone repair needs and tablets if they do tablets. Making an appointment was easy but when I got there the appointment didnt show up in their computer but without even needing too see my confirmation email they honored it. They took a look at my phone which stopped charging using a regular cable charger and immediately knew what the problem was and cleaned it out for me snd plugged it in and BAM it was charging. He was super friendly about it and even suggested a port dust cover on Amazon too order too prevent it. The best part was when I asked what I owe them because their time is money and they did do something that I didnt feel comfortable doing because I dont know the mechanics of phones and could break the port so that in itself is providing a service and should be paid but he turned around and said you owe me nothing feel free too come back anytime you need a cleaning and we will be happy too help you. From start too finish it was about 5 minutes of an interaction but it left me feeling super happy and excited. Thank you too the gentleman who helped me Friday Sept 4th at 11am :)

By far, the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Brought in my google pixel phone for extended warranty repair as there is a known issue with the screens turning green. It was diagnosed and repaired within the hour, same day! I cannot say enough about Mobile Klinik. Thank you so much!

Troy at Mobile Klinik provided truly outstanding service. He was kind, professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made both my daughter and me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. His patience, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him, and we’re very grateful for his exceptional customer service.

Huge shoutout to Mike at Mobile Klinik for absolutely outstanding customer service! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure we left completely satisfied.

It's rare to come across service like this these days-Mike truly sets the bar high. If you're heading to Mobili Klinik, you're in great hands with him. Highly recommend.

Got both a new phone plan and a laptop repair deal! So because I got the Telus phone plan, my laptop repair dropped down to $20. My phone plan is now down to $26 a month- which is so crazy. Shoutout to Mike for setting me up with this amazing plan AND repairing my university laptop (he’s wizard). I had an awesome experience and the customer service was so great!
