When I called to ask for a service call, I was greeted in a friendly manner and was able to get Armando to come in just a day or two! He came in the evening (7pm!) and fixed our dryer on the spot! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! I highly recommend Top Appliance and Armando!

Definitely would recommend Top Repair. Prompt scheduling and Armando called to let us know he was on his way and arrived the time that was scheduled. He repaired our Samsung refrigerator, left no mess and his fee was very reasonable. Professional and personable.

Our years-old dryer broke down and Armando was here within just a few days. He took the dryer apart, explained the issues, and he already had the needed parts so it was fixed on the same visit. Very professional service; will use again!

Top Appliance Repair is the absolute best! I had Armando come check out my oven and ice maker!! He was informative, helpful, and efficient. He was extremely honest about the repairs on my oven, and he explained everything, so I could make an informed decision or repair vs. replacement. Also, the ice maker is working perfect!! I am truly so grateful! Cannot recommend Top Appliance Repair enough!!!!!

I would of given 5 but I do have a problem with what I was charged. Yes, I was told about the service fee of 95.00 explaining he has to diagnose the problem. Which in all honesty I thought ok, if I choose not to get it fixed then I still have to pay the 95.00, which that I totally understand! The part to replace was standard price. BUT, what I assumed & shame on me for not double checking when I made the phone call. I would assume that the "fee" would be included in the labor. My mind thinks you get paid hourly & then you have an additional fee for diagnosing the problem. Something just did not sit well with me on this. Now, very personable, respectful. I just think the cost was a little shady, I think that should be explained a little more thoroughly. The amount I did pay, I could of only spent 200.00 more and I could of gotten a new appliance with a warranty! I have to admit I was shell shocked! So to other people out there always ask about I will call hidden fees..Sorry
