Very happy with the service I have received from Hartington Equipment! Tracy is very knowledge and cares about her customers. She had a technician out first thing the next morning and he (Mark) was able to get my tractor operational again within 24 hours!!!!

I purchased an 8.5 ton excavator from hartington equipment in the spring. I was pleased with the experience, and the salesman Shawn was good to deal with. The price was fair, and they included some additional service and maintenance, as well as delivery to my place that is about 2.5 hours away. I will be a return customer.

Huge shoutout to Josh, Noah, Jamie and the rest of the Hartington Equipment team for making not only the purchasing process very smooth, but also the post-sale service has been a treat.

We had a couple things to look over after taking delivery and Josh made sure we were well taken care of, Noah was communicative during our servicing and is a magician. Jamie was very reasonable in scheduling delivery/pickup with me and a very reliable guy, never felt rushed and always treated my tractor with great care. All in all, they have a great crew!

I feel that given the experience we've had as clients with zero prior purchase history - I just had to give my appreciation and share the positive experience. Thanks all!
